We are where we are at the moment and probably deserve to be, however and I've made this point before we are still in the mix and in a more healthy position than previous seasons AND we are coping with ELEVEN players who have first team experience missing and have been for ages. Palace had Zaha injured for a few weeks but have a full squad to pick from, Hull lost all their strikers for a while and all the bottom four have added to their respective squads in this window, we havent. We have to avoid being completely cut adrift before the ACON is finished and we get some of our injured back playing. Yes tonight seems all doom and gloom but if we can see out our next two/three games, and I know it won't be easy this season is far from dead we just have to have faith in what we have to return to playing again and anything DM can add in the bargain basement of this transfer window. I'm not prepared to give up just yet.
Eh? They are 8th in the league, four points behind Everton. Behind the 'big clubs', they are the best in the league.
All jokes aside Safc I honestly thought we would or should be there by now and you feel like giving up hope following this ****e but you can't can you?
With the amount of time we've had in the premier league and the amount of money that has been spent. We should be comfortably regarded as a team who will always be finishing about 8th-11th. Unfortunately we have wasted a lot of money and to many changes has stopped us from kicking on. No mate, can never give up. The size of our club deserves Premier league football, our supporters deserve league 1, so stick us in the Championship and be done with it.
Yep, me also. Some brilliant away games. I'll still massively miss the Premier league, though. We are running away with relegation, this season. You should be delighted
I honestly won't miss the premiership one iota couldn't give a f uck about it just love to watch us win not worried what division we are in saying that it would be nice if it was the Prem but its not and i haven't got that amount of years left to watch that ****e thats dished up so f uck it.
There's no team down there that look gone, like Villa did last year. Until there's a gap and it starts getting wider and wider, it's just relegation bingo. Palace just look ****ed right now for some reason... They have the go-to manager for desperate times, something isn't right inside that club but hang your hat on them buying/loaning 3 players next week at least.
Palace will be alright, it took a while for Sam to kick start us and I'm sure he'll get it right with them. Swansea and Hull, look like they are improving with their new managers. We are an absolute shambles at the moment and are playing with very little fight in us. The teams around us want to win games, Moyes doesn't want us to get beat. We look the only club ready to free fall, I wouldn't be surprised if we only picked up another 7 or 8 points from now until the end of the season.
Well that was a depressing summary. You forgotten what a win feels like? It's tough, but I'm sure Swansea fans felt similar waking up this morning. Next few games could kill Hull's season in my view.
In our current plight the old saying "It's not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of fight in the dog". We will just have to keep plugging away game by game.
Some of our supporters do. Not all. I had a go at a boatload who left against Arsenal. Those singing "we're **** and we know we are" as well. Arse holes. I love the club. Stay till the end no matter what. Hate that others don't.
