We are looking and have been talking to other clubs since Fonte had his head filled with sweet nothings. I can't see us not buying one.

I don't doubt that we're looking; my worry stems from Blackmore seemingly setting the stage for us to shrug and say that we looked but prices just weren't right, because that's just the way January goes.

Blackmore has to have a out. He can't simply say we will get one or fans will bitch at him. He writes the same with other signings etc, he makes sure he always has a out. So if something goes tits up he saves face.
