A young Wisdom and even younger [17] Rossiter scored on their first team debuts for us [one was in the EL I think] ... where are they both now?

 

The EL is a much tougher test than City at home

 

You've got a great record at home against city, far better than vs utd for example. You beat them at home in the cup didn't you. How many did the youngsters score then?

 

one made a shocking career choice having been at least as good as kevin stewart and is now at rangers but his career looks toast due to recurring injuries

Wisdom is having a great time on loan (again) having played 4 games for red bull salzburg.. for me the guy seems to get a big head or think he had it made cos everything i nhis under age career including england pointed to a guy who could make it.

Incidentally his CB partner at u21 level was conor coady and i thought wisdom had more about him on the ball at that level. Coady is now at wolves btw... and barely playing

 

I liked the look of both of them and Rossiter being a local lad, you always have higher hopes. TAA is a scouser, maybe he's the next big thing.

Our record over United for the last 5-6 years is very good to be fair, I believe it's probably our best against the 'top six'
