It's at City and they'll be well fired up for it after last week.

its at city i think but they look th e dregs.

Spurs with their side should have too much for them. City would have to radically change something to keep up IMO

Huge game for City, Spurs have had their number for the last few league games as well.

Really looking forward to it (hopefully we win early Saturday and can just enjoy the rest of the games)!

I fancy Spurs to do city over at the very least get a draw.

This 3-5-2 is working wonders for them. Not just that, they just look so so solid and the whole team is just physical spectacular. They will outdo pep on his own pressing game as they are all more energetic and stronger than his team. On the wings, i don't fancy the city squad having to track back and we know what a mess their defence and keeper is.

The spurs back 7 all look so comfortable in possession and no exactly what each one is and want to do.

The only thing wrong with spurs is that Vertongen is out but even then wimmer/ben davies are adequate cover

I don't think with vertongen out they can continue with it. But we will see. I sort of expect them to go 4231 but who knows.

I agree though purely on fitness spurs anre going to run that city midfield and defence off the park.

City at home so sure they'll be a better team than they've shown recently away from home.

Draw will be handy for sure, both teams dropping points

exacty that midfield 2 man for man will not get outmuscled and are both beasts. In Dembele as well they have someone who can also drive forward and go past players. Those 2 may not be the most creative, but they don't need to be as they are a team. For city to dominate that midfield, they are going to have to have all their players on it and working hard. I just cannot see that in the City side whether its through effort, fitness, age or heart. In these big games where you know City won't be bus parking, those 2 won't need to be creative

I don't even need to go on about their defence

yup. yaya won't fancy it and zabaletta with respect can't run. the wingers won't track as someone said. city need to flood that area of the park and i can't see pepe having the game plan.

I half expect spurs to be 2 up after 15mins.

the odds on spurs to win with that early goals stuff must be pretty good.

It's amazing to me how City are been called shocking since Sunday, the previous week they smashed the Stadium Thieves 5-0 on their own manor.

What Sunday highlighted, was the fact that their keeper is ****ing **** and you can't play Toure and Zabaletta together in CM against a side with midfield legs.

I think it was Pep's worst defeat [could be wrong] and he's already come out and said their title bid is over. If that sort of defeatism filters through the team, who knows ....

When I watched the game back I was amazed at his body language tbh.

When the second went in, he was sat literally staring at the ground, emotionless.

Like you say, if that's an example of what he's transmitting to his players behind the scenes it's hardly inspirational.

Could he be another Mourinho from last season? i.e. when the side starts losing, he doesn't know how to handle it, as he's not used been used to losing many games in his entire career?

He might have difficulty motivating his players and himself for a fight "just" to get top 4

Great point and why we will now see just how good a manager he really is.

I've always rated him as a manager, but I have to say I think his complete intransigence over his 'style' reminds me of Martinez <yikes>

He's rocked up here and is trying to win the league playing tiki taka, but teams will always get chances to score when you defend high and commit so many players forwards. So they're conceding good opportunities to sides with good strikers and then facing those strikers up with a pub keeper.

If he picks Bravo again this weekend, then he'll go down in my estimations, as the guy is hapless.
