What are the thoughts on the worst case scenario tonight? Is it a matter of getting pissed off with Klopp for played a young side or do we accept that it may happen and that we have to give these lads a go against opposition like this if they are too gain experience? I think I'd rather see a bit more experience on the pitch tonight just incase the young lads struggle to get the job done.
worst case scenario for me is a bad injury to a vital player (the few that will be playing) I won't be any more pissed than last year when west ham beat us. Its not (yet) a situation like where say houllier or others got dogs abouse for terrible cup exits. I remember souness rightly getting it for terrible lower league losses In the end i think the worst case is playing 120mins, seeing a frimino or coutinho injured doing it.... If we play 90mins and get beat 1-0 deservedly fine ok. If we win 1-0 in a terrible game and know 3/4 kids jsut aint up to it then fair enough that helps us further down the road. In reality though we have a game to try kids in AND know the reward is a home tie v championship lower half side. I hope we really do well.
Strong bench just in case?......................we should be ok tonight. And even though we are coming from behind (stop it) in the 2nd leg semi, this FA cup is our lowest priority right now.
Yeh hopefully he not blowin after 20 minutes hard run out Decent mix of strength and newbies in that team
VERY interesting line up Coutinho appears to be cm here. Bench is intriguing in that a couple of lads who should be way off the party have got a call. Williams is frankly a shock but hes not without experience nor has he never played for a first team before. Alves is a shock but he could be decent i suppose but its a big step to come in here at 0-0 on 60mins if thats needed for couts Its prob 433 still but we will see.
Woodburn must be buzzing having the chance to play alongside Sturridge and Coutinho - I'm also thinking that Sturridge will be ****ting himself incase he gets shown up by a 16 year old!
