I think this further shows that MP was a dead man walking and MS was being set up well in advance, as it now shows the fact that he wasn't been given a figure available to buy, because he was already on his way out.
I saw OLMs tweet about the charge registered over the training ground owned by Hull City Tigers Limited I looked it up at Companies House and I saw that the club had converted two loans to share capital after increasing the authorised share capital after a very unprofessionally written resolution: "increase the authorised share capital of hull city tigers LIMITED form £2,500,000 to £6,000,000" Do they get children to write up the minutes?
The poorly written resolution has already been covered on here, it was just the conversion of debt to equity to avoid a FFP fine last season.
its just a standard debenture document- its a floating charge-banks require it from limited companies when they borrow monies. the debenture covers the properties listed at the start of the document just means that the company cannot dispose of or amend their rights or secure rights to these properties to other lenders say unless the current lender, Mcquarrie, agree to it. It gives the lender the right to crystallise their charge over these properties- i.e. sell them to repay the debt in the event of default by the borrowing company
Bearing in mind the immature nature of the owner.and also considering he ain't going anywhere could the trust publicly drag him into conciliatory talks to improve relations between owner and disgruntled fans. Instead of the ridicule we could point out the failure of the scheme to improve gates. And how moving folk around has ruined the match day experience for thousands of people errrr I'm wasting get my time aren't I. He's a bit of a dickhead isn't he. Never mind Carry on
Would it be good if some of the fans complicit in the move held their hands up about wanting their own way at the expense of other fans??
Ehab's argument seems to be that the low attendances are nothing to do with the membership scheme. He thinks that the low attendances are due to the protests. He doesn't understand that the membership scheme resulted in the protests and the boycotting.
Obviously the protests and boycotts started with the name change but the membership scheme accentuated it.
Every time there's a bit of positivity in the club he opens his big mouth and we end up talking about him and his rotten leadership!
So if we could make the argument more of a public one.then the media could see what we are dealing with.and the pressure on the boy wonder will increase . and Loving the money as he does he may return the concessions just to get everyone off his back as I'm sure he doesn't have the constitution to withstand much criticism
There weren't many boycotting while the name change was going on, we were pretty much full every game in the season before last.
