I'm sure everyone is in agreement that the behaviour of the looters is completely beyond the pale. So let's show them what we think of them on Saturday by focusing all our vitriol on them. If every match they watched on their stolen tellies on Saturday was filled with fans singing chants like "Thanks for cancelling the England game, you t*ssers" and "How the hell does this help?" we'd soon get the message across. The looters are keen on social media, so feel free to diseminate this post by the same means.
Great idea mate. This would show them what we are all about. Something positive at last We'll show 'em.
Unfortunately the cancellation of the game is the one positive, we get our new keeper a few days earlier now
Not sure how that's going to help Saints beat Barnsley. Maybe if we can work Ricky Lambert's name in there somehow.
Considering most club's supporters were delighted the friendly has been cancelled I can't help but thinking this just won't work out...
I think a better idea would be to not say anything at all and just go and support your team as you usually would. Don't give the little bastards any more self importance than they've already got. I'm guessing that 99.9% of the country is disgusted and outraged by what's gone on so a chant at a football match (which most of the ****s wonlt hear anyway) won't make a blind bit of difference.
What about before each game on Saturday everyone does a collective tut for 1 minute. *For added effect, wag finger
let me be the first to second that.... Can we sing this along to the tune they used to use for the coke advert , you know.... "... I `d like to teach the world to sing...."
Please let me assure you that there was no racist intent in my statement. I have always believed that people should be judged by their words and actions, not their skin colour, class, age or gender. The term "beyond the pale" means reprehensible and is derived from the fences used to enclose livestock. See: http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/beyond-the-pale.html
The phrase was applied to areas outside of colonial control. Negative characteristics were ascribed to people outside the Pale and as such, the phrase is most certainly racist..... that is true, I was joking in calling you a racist and shocked you took it seriously......but it is still racist.
