You may notice that about 99% of Obertan's skills in these highlight videos result in terrible crosses and a wasted opportunity :emoticon-0102-bigsm

So who do we play out of Jonas, Marveaux and Obertan?

I say play all three in the first few match while Ben Arfa is out (Marveaux or Obertan in Ben Arfa's position) and then judge who to drop when he comes back.

Jonas did really well towards the end of the season in a couple games when he played off the striker

just properly watched those videos.. he looks dreadful. Hopefully he will develop but he makes jonas look like he has a quality end product.

He will be entertaining but notice that the only player fooled by all those stepovers was a seattle defender.. not wolves.. nor blackburn. I dont see what he offers that wayne routledge did not.

If fact if you watch routledge on youtube he looks ten times better.

At least i know routledge is useless and only think obertan is. I suppose that is a better position to be in as he may prove me wrong!

Get Shearer in to give the kid some heading training, he could be our new fox in the box!

Jonas and Barton out wide for me. Marveaux, Vuckic and Obertan to fight it out for Ben Arfas second striker role. That's how I would start and go from there. Both Barton and Jonas had good seasons for me. (if Barton is still here of course!)
