Well I thought Dio had a great second half. I don't think I'm on my own either? from 1-11 and the subs did a good job today even after going 1 down. Chuffed as ****.
Don't think there was an iffy performance from any of the lads....All round excellent team performance...
Like him or not, rate him or not.... Dio like the Jak wears the shirt with pride and does his best every game. That is all we can ask for... commitment and pride..
Yep, will admit first half thought Dio was getting done continually down his side, my thoughts were at half time if anyone was getting hooked it should be Dio and Clucas, also looked out of his depth, but whatever Marco did at the break, Dio was a revelation and deffo put in his shift. I would add a mention to Jak, first half, he came out several times for long through balls, not sure Marshall would have been quick enough or decisive enough, to save a 2nd goal. Whilst he did have one scary moment, he did have a good goal assist.
Yeah but you were saying today's goals made him a PL player when he hasn't scored many PL goals in his time for City
Oh and a Huddlestone midfield master class. Well worth not drinking for. Beautiful blind reverse ball to left wing, changing angle of attack for the first. Also, an incredibly precise drilled pass from the centre to the right wing. The trajectory and pace was such that it took out their midget left winger onto the chest/head of Harry (or Dio?).
I was very impressed with Silva's tweak in tactics at the half. They were running riot down our right, Fraser is a fabulous little player. We got on the front foot and pressing high from their goal kicks was a masterstroke, it forced Boruc to go long and we kept winning the ball back with ease. Also very impressed with our shape, we look so organised and defensively solid. Apart from the penalty, I can't think of many chances they created. Jak only made one smart save. It was my performance of the season, because of how well we saw out the game. There's been many times where we've stupidly dropped points. I get the feeling that if Silva was in a month ago we'd have more points on the board.

Maybe second half, but I thought first half he was part of 3 forwards in a more 4 3 3. While he worked his nuts off and battled til the end. He is dire in terms of touch and scared ****less when he gets near the goal.
