Great performance. Great right side. Loved watching it and first time in ages I've wanted to watch all the interviews and analysis. Loved reading this thread too.

A team effort through and through.

    So happy. :) :) :)

Really proud to be an R's fan tonight. Tactically Holloway got it spot on, although substituting Sylla was a mistake.

There wasn't a single player out there who didn't do their job or give maximum effort. Is that not what we've been after all along?

Loved Mackie's reaction to Wzsolek getting MOM 'oh he's an animal, absolutely quality tonight'.

    Brilliant stuff

Great performance tonight. Superb team display and what about that improvment of the passing accuraty and mobility altogether. Nice to watch your team when they have proper winger in it, nice to watch your team when they have players who dont stop trying and nice to watch your team when its well organised too. Nice to have a faith in your team again!

What a fantastic result and performance ( and a full points haul for me in the prediction league. ) I knew I should've gone to this as Greg 'up the arse' offered me a free ticket but I pulled out today due to the inclement weather.

This game reminded me a bit of the Barca v Milan match in the 2010 Champions League Semi-Final when Mourinho's Milan gave a defensive masterclass against the Catalans when they went down to ten men. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/europe/8645184.stm

Clear your lines and keep your shape and discipline. Let them have the ball deep and out wide and keep it compact in the middle between the two defensive lines through the middle. They couldn't play through us or around us and didn't have a shot on target after we went one nil up. It's a great day to be an Rssss fan.

Six defeats and then three wins on the spin ... That Rollercoaster bloke who posted on here had the perfect moniker.

Yes of course Ellers, I was feeling a bit rough as well and thought I was going down with full blown man-flu. ( A couple of glasses of vino have since suppressed that. ) So what with that and the weather swayed it for me. I usually just go because you never ever know in football. It's always nice when you turn up when you don't expect anything and you get a win. Next time mate.

Yes I needed that result (especially against Reading). I now maybe over my negativity towards my team and look forward to getting back to the games again. Ollie and Mackie have proved me wrong tonight and I am so happy!!!! You R's! Drink next time mate.

Me an ITK? No Monkey, I heard it from someone who works at Sky who heard it mentioned by Holloway. If he keeps playing like he has though I fear that a Prem club will come calling.

So second Thursday vs Reading, where I have had to play an away quiz match in a tiny pub in rural Bucks with no internet....both times I have had to beg the opposition permission at half time to walk out onto the road to find signal. Both times we have won 1-0
I will take all the credit for this win.

I will be demanding that all our matches are now played on Thursday's when my quiz team are playing away.
