If only your players had the same commitment as our players. Luiz playing hurt, half our players played with broken noses etc etc :emoticon-0165-muscl

I thought Ake was brought back because Alonso has been playing with a gammy leg? What are th chances of him playing? I bought him a few weeks back on FF and he's been an absolute gem.

no idea, unfortunately i am not privvy to Conte's team selections. I hope he challenges and potentially displaces Alonso as alonso is not great defensively. Against the average teams we can get away with alonso but against the big boys who we will let dominate possession, he's the weak link as he's 0-60 acceleration is non existent.

was thinking of getting Ake myself as he was cheap as chips. Not sure i would do that now

I'd rather Coutinho play deeper, he's better there and after last night Gini and Can are prime to be dropped they can't perform like that and expect to stay in the team. Lucas was our best midfielder and that's just not right.

I see, so whenever he backs a pool win you don't? Is he a reds fan (name suggests not) and how did he end up on the pool board doling out jinxes (astro always 'calls' things and gets most of them wrong from what i see) compared to other jinxers. I mean how has he become infamous if it was presumably a few times?

QPRTed... I won't call him but he came on early in the southampton v Pool thread and a few of the red fans then said they were doomed so he seems pretty famous

This is Man u's first real challenge since hitting there hot patch. They did beat Spurs yes but that was when Spurs were in a terrible run and have since hit a hot patch and look great. Man U have faced no one in there undefeated streak which says to be they should be favourites.

We've beaten Arsenal and Chelsea away, drawn with Spurs away and beaten Man City at home. We shouldn't b going into this game worried because our form against the top has been great. Our issue this season has been the mid table teams we've struggled.

Yes, we will miss Mane but Coutinho coming back is huge. I expect Hendo and Matip to come in as well which again is a boost.

Man U are at there best when there midfield dominates. We have the players to stop this and disrupt there play.

They need a win way more than we do as anymore dropped points could stop them from the top four. I expect a draw which suits us and hurts them.
