If you could win only one of the two games: the second leg of this or the match against Man U at the weekend, which would you prefer?
77.8% - Liverpool win. £90m+ and you are lucky to lose by just the one! Ah I love football, sometimes.
I'd asked any of the United lads my usual..£10 to nominated charity for the winner of Sundays match...despite tonight I'm still taking Liverpool to win lol... No takers yet..told them that you'd vouch that I do pay up if I lose ...still no takers lol
Congratulations on Southampton reaching the final. And congratulations on Man United winning on Sunday.
They played well we were terrible all over the pitch. Just hope they regret not putting 2 or 3 past us.
He was cracking in the first half when we had the ball and we're in control going forward, some great passing into the forwards. Don't think he missed a pass. He was as bad as anyone then when we were stretched and chasing the game, he hasn't got the legs to get about. I like him as an experienced option and I've always been a fan of the lad but even I realise he's not up to it anymore. I wouldn't sell in Jan but certainly would in the Summer.
But you have Astro. Who whilst being a fan. I'm sure he isn't from anywhere near Liverpool can have no intelligent discussion. Merely quote stats, state how **** we are blame the ref and anyone else whilst saying all your players are world class.
Some comedy posts on here. As if we've just lost a cup final. We lost 1-0 in the first of a two legged fixture in the Worthington Cup. Wums- must try harder
We missed Mane, the only good thing Countinho is back. Sturridge was like headless chicken last night, he has no more excuse that he is not getting games.
2nd leg, in a heartbeat. Get beat on Sunday and it's the week of shame, but bearable in the long term. Get through this and we don't play the final for over a month and our form will have picked up (and we MAY have a couple of new signings). But I expect we'll lose on Sunday (though by the odd, dodgy decision) and draw back at Anfield against Soton, and that's okay because Soton thoroughly deserve to go through unless we turn in an absolute barnstormer.
its a really simple question as the wum effort was piss poor. I'd be QUITE happy with a draw at old toilet so winning 5-0 v southampton will do nicely.
