Just pretty much watched every bit of footage I could find on the new boy and I think we could have a player on our hands here!

His pace is simply sublime, I'm not sure where he stands on the fastest in the prem but he looks like he can match up to Walcott and Lennon pace wise, I was amazed at the amount of ground he covered in some of the vids.

Luckily he seems to have the ball control and trickery to go with his pace aswell, he seems to be able to keep the ball very well while running at the speed of light, he sometimes finds it difficult to go around his man but I honestly think his shortcomings are a bit of a lack of belief in himself, this goes along with his sometimes less then great final ball aswell, just looks like he is reluctant to pick the final pass or shot due to not wanting to **** it up.

Hopefully Pardew can spend a bit more time with the lad than Sir Alex managed to and help him get his confidence up, of course the first team opportunities and French contingency should help aswell.

I know I've only watched videos and I know its not nailed on but I think this could be a bit of shrewd business from Pardew, I'm quite impressed by what I've seen.

Watching him he's a bit like a **** Ronaldo (in a good way). From what the Man U fans are saying if he had Ronaldo's arrogance he'd be a ****ing beast. Hope we manage him correctly and get the best out of him.

 

I just wish we could see some footage of him looking good against defenders of a similar quality to the ones he'll be up against this season for us...

This was one of the ones I was impressed with, shows some of the best and worst of him though.

All attributes I think a confidence boost could put right though

 

He's a worse, more gangly Ronaldo. Still has good potential though

He's going to have the right people around him to to bring the best of him out.

Video makes me want him to do well, the music is soooo inspirational!

 

Put the one from this pre season against Seattle. That was just a couple of weeks ago and he's brilliant in that

His speed is literally ridiculous!

 

Why is it obligatory for compilation videos to have ****e music on them?

 

His pace is frightening All he needs to do is work on his decision making, because he had options and went for goal a few times or tried to cross and failed. If he worked on that he would be a beast of a player!

 

Think yourself lucky, if Tash made it we'd have to sit through 5 minutes of death metal.

 

Provides an extra option up front aswell, I'd certainly give him the nod over Ameobi and Loven.

 

Good point about using him as a striker though, especially if we dont sign any more of them I'd give him a shot there.

 

A pet hate of mine. When I watch football I like just that. I don't need anybody to tell me what's happening or explain the game to me.
