If you can't be ars*d reading the whole article what the Metro advocates is taking time out during the day to knock one out or flick the bean as a method of stress relief. I know The Metro is a total rag but even by their 'standards' this is scraping the barrel. Imagine announcing to the office that you are nipping out for a quick tug?
