Lua Lua signing till end of season, medical this afternoon.
Isn't he a winger?
Does anyone know what is his natural foot, thus whom he may be replacing or competing with?

He may score 4 goals past us if it is!Just to be clear, this is Kazenga Lua-Lua, not Lomana...with our record I just want to check.
Kazenga is indeed, a winger.

Couldn't help but enjoy the irony on the club website...the first thing I saw on the front page was;
'January Sale now on, up to 25% off in the January sale.'
A further look at the website, and our squad, shows the only strikers we'll have left are Yeni, Mackie, El Kayahti, Washington and Sylla. Of those, and forgive me if I am wrong, Sylla and Washington are the only two out and out strikers...and have records of scoring played 24 scored 3 (Washington) and played 18 scored 6 (Sylla). This suggests we should have Sylla up front with others in support, but neither record sets the heart racing. Polter wasn't really a prolific goalscorer for us (10 goals in 51 appearances according to wiki), but if his departure doesn't release funds for a goalscorer to come in, we are in serious trouble.
I don't think Holloway was impressed with Gladwin.

The Dutch playmaker, 27, has made just nine appearances in all competitions this season, started just once in the Championship.
As a result El Khayati has become increasingly frustrated over his lack of opportunities at Loftus Road, and is likely to head out of the Loftus Road exit door with two of his close allies, Sebastian Polter and Tjaronn Chery, already securing moves to Germany and China respectively, pending confirmation.
Manager Ian Holloway has wasted no time on stamping his authority on his squad, already sanctioning moves for the aforementioned duo, while Ben Gladwin has moved to former club Swindon Town on loan until the end of the season.
Midfield general Karl Henry has been made available for transfer after a training ground bust-up with Holloway.
The Times understands Holloway is also prepared to let El Khayati leave on either a temporary or permanent basis, as the Rs prepare for another manic transfer window.
At this stage the former looks the more likely, with several League One clubs sounding out the former Burton Albion man.
In terms of incoming, on the Rs’ radar are Bournemouth striker Lewis Grabban and Bristol Rovers front man Matty Taylor, while they are set to complete the signing of Kazenga LuaLua on loan from promotion chasing Brighton for the rest of the season.
They are remain interested in signing Luke Freeman from Bristol City, despite having an initial bid turned down.

I hope it is, but with Holloway running the team, Hoos the Club, and TF leaving us to languish, looking at a bigger groundhog day in about 16 months time with a relegation to League 2 is not unimaginable at all.We have gone from Isla to Charlie to Mackie in just over a year.
Is this Groundhog Day?
