An option agreement means that a deposit will have been paid and a price agreed, title won't transfer though until planning is passed. A detailed planning application for a project of this scale with the surrounding infrastructure requirements, on a site with listed structures will take circa a year to prepare imo. Moshiri is a vastly experienced businessman, and he know the importance of the stadium to the future of the club, its development and thus ultimately its value. For the record, I'm still convinced that Moshiri didn't enter the club as a sole investor.
Currently means you can't really include keeper. Wouldn't put Ramsey or Gueye anywhere near that 11. If talking in Prem then Ronaldo for £11m is up there. Cech for £7m for Chelsea or free for Arsenal. Aspilicueta for £12m Kante for £6m
So like does the same transitional period(more transfer windows to get the team they want)apply to all managers(including Klopp)or is Maureen a special case?
Not really youve just added a load of ****e from someone sad enough to have a fake Koeman account on twatter... Hang on...I bet thats you isnt it ha ha
Dave cost us 7m according to transfer league. Yes he is a bargain. Think MITO was putting the cost of players at their current transfer values for their current teams.
My view (which is purely my own btw) is that Moshiri is Usmanov's long term business partner (Usmanov gifted him his stake in USM, as he was formerly his accountant). When Moshiri sold his 15% stake in Arsenal to Usmanov, he paid over the going rate for the shares... This gave Moshiri the cash to buy the 49.9% of EFC and clear the debt. Now we've got Usmanov's holding company sponsoring our training ground for £6m a year. Could be completely innocent, but we've never sold the rights before and £6m is more than we currently get for our main shirt sponsor...a convenient way to put some cash in an avoid FFP? Seems all a tad convenient to me. Of course whilst Usmanov still holds his stake in Arsenal then he can't formerly join his mate at EFC, will or could that happen in the future though? What's happened thus far makes me think it is likely.
That was the way i was thinking particularly after the naming rights announcement which seemed bit blatant tbh . I suupose it could just be coincidental but everything does seem to point to Usmanov having an "interest" in EFC but it could just be helping a mate .
If you knew anything at all about Klopp you'll know he most definitely isn't a yes man. He's said several times all first and final decisions are his alone. As for the rest of your comment
