What I don't get and why I say Monk is 'learning' to be a good manager.... He obviously doesn't rate the FA Cup, he makes 8 changes, one of those changes is not Jansson who is on 5 yellows, he gets booked and misses two important games. Absolutely mad decision to make 8 changes and leave your guy on a tightrope starting...

Agree with all the previous comments, not seen Doukara play as bad as this in a long time, he looks totally not bothered. Grimes and Mowatt are a joke, Antonsson is proving he isn't up to the task and Silvestre confirmed he is number two In all though Cambridge deserve to be in the lead and we are not just playing badly, we are committing reckless stupid tackles, forget the ref being against us, we are giving him a loaded gun. Couldn't care less about going out. But losing Jannson for Derby (h) and Barnsley (a) is just total negligence. Oh and when he gets a red, which he already might have had he won't make 22 games either…seething !!!
