Looking back at my post it appears I rank a good club by the speed of the transaction achieved in order to stuff pies and beer in my mouth.
If anyone wants a cheap nearish Hotel, we used the IBIS Londons Earls Court last time there. Had a great "proper" pub inside too serving nice meals, pool table etc. Walking distance to ground and some good local boozers. http://www.ibis.com/gb/hotel-5623-ibis-london-earls-court/index.shtml Surrounded by Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington and Hammersmith, Ibis London Earls Court is a 10 minute journey to Olympia London, Stamford Bridge stadium, Westfiled Shopping Centre or Royal Albert Hall. The Hotel offers 504 comfortable bedrooms, innovative restaurant concept, London Style Pub and undercover chargeable car park. 24/7 reception.Free wifi throughout. 24/7 Meal & Drinks. The London Suite can hold large scale events for up to 1,200 people or 800 guest for galas or wedding parties.
Fulham, not that bad a draw. Would preferred it at home mind. Nice to see Arsenal actually get drawn away from home for once.
I wouldn't mind Lincoln for a weekend away. My middle daughter was born there in 1977, we lived in Hemswell. Liked it there, nice people, decent ale and plenty of open space. Lots of worse places to live.
Who gives a **** who we get, our fans clearly aren't interested in the cup hence the pitiful following at OT for a semi final tomorrow.
