    As can I, hence describing you as appearing paranoid.

    This is dull and pointless. You perhaps don't realise how often you like posts having a dig at me. I'm reasonably accurate in guessing who else will like such posts, but I don't lose sleep over it.

    I have my own opinion, and I'm not afraid to use it. :emoticon-0105-wink:

    The Membership cost can be increased with 90 days notice.

    The PL gave the scheme the go ahead.

    They're not guesses.

    I don't see any point in dialogue with the current owners, sadly those bridges are burned, hence me saying it needs something being built, or the new owners will only have a negative view of fans and groups.

    I've had a few dealings with the club, and I'm not aware of any involvement from the Allams.

    The reply is English, this exchange is tedious and pointless.

    The Premier League rules aren't a secret, they are on their website.

    Rule R13 states:

    "Each Club shall submit to the League details of its season ticket prices and ticket prices for individual League Matches upon announcing the same publicly (and, in any event, before the start of each Season)."

    It says nothing about reducing (or increasing) prices mid-season for a monthly subscription scheme. Probably because the PL rules didn't envisage a monthly subscription scheme being introduced.

    I therefore draw the conclusions that halving prices for tickets sold to people under-16 or over-60, on production of suitable evidence of age, is entirely possible.

    It won't happen, mind.

    Why are you rewriting what I put?

    Him or the (mostly new) people around him. By now it would appear he has a whole new commercial managerial team and a whole new football managerial team; it is a time of opportunity for change; especially when coupled with the ongoing sale attempt.

    There is a good chance many will stay under new owners - capture their hearts and minds now; stop getting hooked up on the arsehole.

    To challenge me on whether or not we should deal with Ehab is simply laughable; I have been the one consistent voice against that since pre-In Bruce We Trust days. But there are other ways and we missed one yesterday.

    Err
    Then we agree.
    So what are you suggesting needs doing exactly?

    ( I was stunned when the person said he had to ask Ehab, although that was before the #AskEhab campaign)

    I'm not rewriting (although I paraphrased two of your posts)
    Must have misunderstood

    Elsewhere there are other PL rules about ticketing:

    "R.6. A Club’s ticketing policy should:

    R.6.1. provide general information to the public about ticket availability and pricing, giving the earliest possible notice of any changes and the reasons therefore;

    R.6.2. aim to promote greater accessibility by the adoption of flexible and imaginative ticketing schemes;

    R.6.3. facilitate wider access to League Matches by the public by allowing for a broad range of ticket prices, the more expensive effectively subsidising the cheapest;

    R.6.4. allow for a reasonable reduction in the price of tickets for seats with a restricted view of the goalmouth;

    R.6.5. adopt a system of concessionary ticket prices tailored to the needs of the local community;

    R.6.6. give details of the availability of seating for disabled spectators and their carers and the pricing policy in relation thereto;

    R.6.7. set out particulars of any membership, loyalty, bond, debenture or similar scheme;

    R.6.8. make available a method of payment for season tickets by instalments at competitive rates of interest;

    R.6.9. promote the availability of tickets by reserving a reasonable proportion (at least five per cent.) of them for sale to non-season ticket holders;

    R.6.10. deal with the return and distribution of unwanted tickets;

    R.6.11. include the following provisions in respect of abandoned League Matches:

    R.6.11.1. abandonment after spectators admitted to the Stadium but before kick-off - free admission to the rearranged League Match;
    R.6.11.2. abandonment after kick-off - half price admission to the rearranged League Match; and R.6.12. refer to the obligations set out in Rules R.7 to R.12, below."

    The argument in the summer was about whether R6.5 was honoured by the Membership Scheme. The PL evidently backed down. R6.2 and R6.8 are delivered in spades.

    Yep, we agreed from the off. It's why I couldn't grasp your replies.

    What I'm suggesting, is pretty much what I've suggested since the start. More people pooling ideas on how to improve the match day experience, in ways that don't need permission from the club.

    Extra input may just come up with more ideas on how to tackle the other issues. We're far from alone in the problems, so perhaps a combined approach from several clubs pushing for rule changes could be an option.

    "R.8. Concessionary ticket prices must be made available by each Club for:

    R.8.1. senior citizens; and
    R.8.2. junior supporters."

    The South Stand concessions presumably enabled the club to honour this rule when the PL reviewed the scheme in the Summer.

    Its covered by Rule 13. The PL doesn't have the power to approve the scheme. The club has to tell the PL how much a season ticket costs before the start of the season and that's it. There is no provision for the cost to be changed despite what the scheme says.

    I said "Sorry, but while I admire your optimism I genuinely can't believe Ehab being magnanimous
    Certainly not to a bunch of hooligans" you replied saying

    Hence me saying that you'd said Ehab just needed to follow someone's skilful lead...because that's what you said

    Whatever, but what you said I said was only partially true and it needed the rest to be honest in representation.

    No it really isn't pointless. You deny your 'auto like' for everything anyone says against HCSTOHCSTOLMPLTCTWD.

    You say that doesn't happen.

    I think you'd be better off not doing it anymore(or so bloody often).

    I'll be watching.

    Did you spot I just liked one of Dennis's too. <doh>

    As I said, you seem paranoid. I'll make sure I like a lot more of that type of post now. :emoticon-0102-bigsm
