4:00 Rockchasebullett Handicap mark looks good and surely they will have him spot on for this. 12/1 looks a very fair price.
American Tom demolishes his 2m field prior to a tilt at the Arkle and Min gets rerouted to the JLT, winning in a hack canter? This horse really does have scope for chasing and I'm excited to see him left handed tomorrow having gone left at a couple of fences on debut. He is a beautiful chaser.
Stone Hard 1.20 Naas 6/1 Was really impressive at Limerick. Looked much better at two miles. Could be worth taking on the fav here as he only beat Gangster by a couple of lenghts and is priced up as though he miles better than these which he hasn't shown yet.
3 30 Chepstow - Would of said Dream Bolt was a huge price @ 14/1, but interesting Moloney who partnered it for it's last 5 runs (3 wins) opts to ride Virnon instead which is already an interesting runner for Mr Swinbank, So Virnon @ 9/1 for me
1.50-Augusta Late win 7/2-Skybet money back £20 if second so no brainer 2.20-Boher Call 7s ew.Won this race a year ago so surely the aim has been to land this again.Few in with a chance so going ew 2.50-All the Chimneys could prove tough to beat after impressing on last two runs and is a nice price at 6s.
With the acknowledged shortage of superstar novices this season there's only been two (outside maidens) that have really stood out to me, DEATH DUTY and the Tizzard beast FINIANS OSCAR. But sometimes I wake up and feel like being a little crazy and today was one such day....So I've decided to oppose this Elliott good thing in today's G1 at Naas with the champion mare in waiting AUGUSTA KATE who I've had a good bet on this morning with Paddy P's 4/1. Hopefully Ruby can ride a stalking race and use her killer turn of foot late on. I've been told she's been working the house down at Closutton this last couple of weeks, she'll need to be to beat the Elliott horse, who will win a Gold Cup some day.

Ruby getting very well acquainted with the turf at Naas. Don't think Augusta Kate would have beaten Death Duty though.
Yeah, AT looks like he badly needs a trip, well beaten before what looked a horrible fall. Thankfully he's up ok. Augusta Kate unlucky there, another Ruby last hurdle fall...We've been here before haven't we Blow By Blow just has to show up at HQ surely ???
Could debate it all day that outcome but for me the way Kate stayed over 2m7 on her last start she's a been very hard to beat there. Frustrating last fence stuff again, the joys of jump racing
They grey haired one bites the dust at the last again.Hard to know if she would have got up or not but looked to have every chance. This game can be a right kick in the balls for punters can't it.Not that Ruby gives a toss about punters, he is the son of Ted Walsh after all!
I just thought Death Duty quickened again after the last and would have been difficult to pass. But we'll never know. Thankfully all concerned walked away and none of my money was involved
