I'm not a girl, I'm a real boy Of course you're entitled to your opinion and I rarely agree with anything Ian writes either. In fact I had a little joke about it not too long ago, but to say he's ruining the forum and questioning his character was a bit far and uncalled for imo.
Fair enough, is your opinion. It was only said in jest but bollocks. I mean it now. To be fair, Ian only ever seems to come on to whine and moan, I find it depressing so why shouldnt I suggest it ruins the forum, if it does for me, then why am I not entitled to say so. One rule for some of you...
Let's hope VVD is captain on weds even if Fonte plays. I think that is the strong stance for Puel to take now
****ing hell mate, it was a joke but now I've questioned it, you mean it? As for the 'one rule for some of you', I assume you're referrimg to me so I await quotes of me saying that as evidence
This is rapidly turning into happy clappers v miserable ****ers, I don't like it. Please can people stop insinuating that if you moan on here you are not prepared to back your team 100% for 90m. I sing in chapel ffs, on my own of course. I never boo a saints player and have only left early twice, once was when I was about 7 and we came back from losing to winning at the dell! I don't know if puel is the right man for us, tbh none of us really know the intentions of katerina. We could turn this around, like the blips we had with koeman. Or we could never fully recover and reach our potential (7th?) this season. But right now I think we can all agree that we are not playing well, no attack, defence becoming frail and (apparently) low morale. Oh and the most important aspect we are less attractive to watch.
What are you referring to for your first sentence? As for second Don't think you should leave fella, I for one really enjoy your posts on here. Just saying something how I see it, that's how I am.
Apary from loosing a lot of good players and have to bed in new players. Mane has been a huge loss (we sold him too cheaply, he should have got the fee being suggested by VVD). Not sure Koeman and Poch played in a similar way. Poch's team was way ahead of Koeman's with possibly slightly less gifted players
I quoted Fats, but for some reason it didnt pick up his oversized face. I was just giving my positive support to the team. I have no intention of leaving here, im lucky enough to have a skin like a rhino. What Q did I miss?
Apologies then, as it was in response to me I assumed you were reffering to me in the 'one rule' but apparently you weren't. My bad
I edited, you answered while I was typing And good, I thought the good luck for rest of season meant you were gonna stop posting. Glad it's not the case.
I'm neither overly positive or overly negative, I see myself as somewhere in the middle. Which means the overly positive see me as a 'neggy' and the overly negative see me as a 'happy clapper'. The result is that at some point I fall out with almost everyone It's ****ing brilliant
I don't think that's it's a case of "Negheads" and "Happy Clappers" , it's more a case of people being bogged down in the moment and people seeing the bigger picture. Yes, this season has been inconsistant with some good performances being interspersed with some mediocre ones. It has been a balancing act between rotation and trying to build team understanding which has been forced on Puel by the unbelievably hectic fixture schedule since August. I believe that he has tried his best to utilise the squad at his disposal and I don't believe that any of our previous managers could've done any better. The "bigger picture" as I see it is that we are overacheiving for a club of our size, just ask fans of Newcastle, Sunderland, Leeds etc if they would like to be where we are. We are challenging to be the best of the rest and we have made the semi finals of a cup competition. Just cast your minds back to the Branfoot days, the latter Lowe days and the League One days, would any of us imagine that we would be on for our fourth consecutive top ten PL finish in 2009. What the club has achieved in the last 7 years has been incredible and the board should rightly be praised for that. We were always going to hit a ceiling at some point and that may be this season, but we have still managed to reach our first semi final in 13 years. It's weird, but we were more behind the team when we were at the bottom of League One than we are now, I'm truly mystified by that, what do we really expect the club to be acheiving now? I just hope that everyone recognises the opportunity we have against Liverpool and gets behind the team irrespective of the score on Wednesday, we all want to get to Wembley, so let's not fight with our team, let's help them by using our home advantage and backing them 100%
