I didnt expect the first of Ipswich's comedy results to happen after only 2 games. Then again anything is possible with the triple incompetence of Evans, Clegg and Jewell. Keep it up boys !!!!
You have to laugh just a little TBH I was more in shock when I saw the result this morning and of course it now means 1 less chance of a derby game this season!
Hey Thai don't get too carried away mate! It was only are second string after all Yes it does prove that we need decent quality in reserve but I'm not worried about the cup this year.
TBH JWM I never get over excited in the early stages of the League Cup. I have seen enough bad results against the likes of Cheltenham (0-3 at home!) to know our team is never certain to progress, even against minnows. We had a good team (for that time) on the pitch too but Cheltenham just battered us like it was a cup final for them.
Freakle the real "comedy" starts this weekend at Wigan, might have to stay up late to watch that one.
