Who are you to go round tell people to enjoy themself!! Some people like been miserable. Unbelievable
So what. If they want to attend they can. For those who want to boycott they can. Mutual respect maybe. Than again maybe not? Why should it change anything because that tosser has sacked one manager and appointed another?
What is particularly sad is that a suggestion cannot be discussed without it being lectured, ridiculed and abused by folk who are either a part of or very closely linked to the Trust. The high brow example of how business works was pure schoolboy nonsense, pure and simple. It wasn't an insult, it was a truism. The letter to Silva is unrealistic and pointless; have a guess at how much Silva and his team have on their plate and guess at their priorities. Think about the way it has been publicised on social media; does anyone really believe the Allam Acolytes will let it get anywhere near him. If it does, it could easily have the opposite effect it seeks to ensure. What is certain is that the Trust has just lost another supporter, as they are clearly incapable of remaining objective and adapting to change.
It doesn't matter does it. The crux of the matter is why should the boycott be suspended because Rehab has decided to try and undo the problems he has sole responsibility for.
This week's FSF newsletter headline... Fan Mail - Magic of the cup special: Hull City boycott, Fulham fans slam BBC & fans stung by cup ticket price rule change Spreading the word.
Because, as has beem amply highlighted, the whole objective was to get media coverage, to make a point; charity was a side issue. To reverse it and show new, reasoned thinking is fresh for media interest purposes and far more likely to get the publicity desired.
Abso bloody lutely spot on. He is a ****er and will anything to undermine supporters discontent and attempts to spread the word. It's a pity he is assisted by some supporters in his futile attempts but hey I respect their views even if they do not align with my own.
What in gods name is wrong with you? Leave it be. It isn't going to be called off and no doubt you and others will claim it wasn't a success whereas the opposite view will be more magnanimous towards those who decided to attend despite their reservations about the current owners.
