He must have impressed them the other week. I would think their fans might hope for someone better though.
Going to spend 8 million on an in form Championship striker? https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&vertical=default&q=scott hogan watford&src=typd&lang=en
WD Sports say not - not after a striker, just two midfielders. A few have been offered too, including a 'slick operator from La Liga'. Sounds like Jurado's coming back...
I'd happily take Jurado back - he'd suit our formation much more playing centrally behind the front two than he did playing out wide last season
Bad luck - the 'slick operator' has been revealed... http://www.wdsport.co.uk/2017/01/watford-in-the-hunt-for-sevilla-midfielder-vicente-iborra/
I never truly thought it would be Jurado - just suggesting he'd fit in well as the play-maker, especially while Pererya is out. Can't say I'd be over-enthusiastic about this guy either - think he will take time to get up to speed in the Prem. Certainly hope we will now see more of Doucoure as the box-to-box midfielder we need, and could do with Watson back to help protect as the anchor. Wouldn't mind us going to Chelsea to see if we could have either Chalobah back, or even Rufus Loftus-Cheek on loan for the rest of the season! We need some pace, energy and enthusiasm in midfield!
Hope Watson is ok like and back soon, we need him (when his mind is right, like.) Any one know what the real issue is?
http://www.football-italia.net/96399/watford-ask-milan-honda My wife used to drive a Honda - accident prone though, a wheel fell off in the main street during rush hour. Should fit in here....
We've go-t Step-through, We've go-t Step-through, We've got Step-through, He's coming for you! He's coming for you, He's coming for you, We've got Step-through, He's coming for you!
Must say I do not have a great expectation of getting anyone in who will make a big difference. As others have said it looks like communication issues and taking the training ground stuff on to the pitch. But I hope we just throw the kids on in the cup and in 9 days we get more key players fit. If 9 days is not enough to get 3 or 4 back then we are in the pooh.
http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...uad_with_Mazzarri_considering_u_turn/?ref=rss Are we really that short on players!? Mean while Berghuis won't be coming back if his manager has his say.. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...oss_expects_Hornets_winger_to_remain_on_loan/
Well the club have been paying him to twiddle his thumbs so I don't see why not. Let him play against Burton then see what transpires after that.
Mark I guess he wants him back for the cup game but if after his long rest if he plays well what then? I guess 4 at the back against Boro can't be any worse than recent performances. [Bolton you beat me to it] Looks like 5 key injuries and two absent in Africa. Squad 28 I think so 25% down but that includes some nearer the top of the tree rather than the bottom. But Mariappa and Okaka should be back very soon. Isaac Success' bad luck at Watford blamed on witchcraft - well it's different
