No. I can see a deleted post but no view button. But when you delete posts im sure you have that option to leave them visible, as sometimes i can see them.
The media just love them. The club refused £25m for Kone because we needed him. Same thing applies until I hear otherwise.
ditto, lazy journalism and other football pundits putting their two pennies in. Think this is going to run for a while though.
The only solid rumours seem to be from Jermaine Jenas and Tony Cottee, Jenas saying he'd "probably rather be back in London", which is as flimsy as it gets, and Cottee the West Ham fan saying they need him there. Bit of a low blow from West Ham, they're in trouble this season, and with Hull and Swansea looking dead certs for relegation, this move would basically guarantee Sunderland going down and keep West Ham safe, seems to be half inspired by Defoe's goals, and half just to relegate a team.
agree, if they can buy Defoe for 15m its certainly good business sense. They would get their monies worth even if they didn't play him, as we would defo go down.
The window is only into day 5, maybe not much is happening, but the only transfer comment I've heard on national BBC (this morning) is about this bid. Are the BBC trying to help in making our life awkward ? Don't go near the Sun, so don't know if this is their only ''story'' Would love to know if the club has taken him to one side and said it won't be happening so get on with your job -- otherwise he's bound to think, well they're not that bothered about me, might as well go if they agree their price.
Settle in guys every insignificant **** with any tenuous links to West Ham or Newcastle (incidentally the 2 scummiest clubs around) will be crawling out the woodwork to claim Defoe wants to or should leave. I've never seen such a blatant attempt to unsettle a player in all my life, Billic should be disciplined if he mentions him one more time and west Ham should be fined if they continue to bid after 3 rejected offers.
