It's the FA Cup though, Karius should be in and I've no issues with maybe 1 or 2 others but I don't want us out because we rested players. They are professional players and we're not in Europe so crack on.

    "Not in Europe..."
Which is why I think he'll go stronger than most expect in this tie.

It will be the same as in the LC; full eleven changes to a mixture of youth and reserves

Few changes for this one? Then again for the Semi? Then full strength for United? Who will replace Mane? Is Sturridge out for Jan? When is Coutinho back?

To be fair, every away game is massive amounts of travelling for them.

Don't worry bhey they'm used to it down ere. Some of the folk may even travel up for a weekend if they can get the horse and cart sorted.

I've noticed that not too many have voted on the "who will win" voting thingy. Are you waiting for the team sheet first or are you not too sure how it will end? I'm gonna do 2 - 3 meself. You'm bound to score so that seems right.:)

Think it will be a close game, maybe even draw, i have gone for a win for us, which is really unusual for me. I will be more confident if we play some of the peripheral squad players, like Moreno. Your boys will give us a good game I am sure. Good luck :)

Thank you TBC. To be honest this game is a bit of distraction for us as I'm sure it is with you. Given our plight a few years ago with a cash problem and Administration the money we get for this will be dead handy. But apart from that I sort of wish it wasn't happening. We blew a rip to Wembley for a play off final a couple of seasons ago and we blew the Wembley trip last season by getting there but forgetting to take the team along with us. We desperately need promotion not a glamorous cup match. We lost in the league on Monday. I think most of the team had one eye on Anfield when we needed the points in the league more.

Plymouth is no different from any other who doesn't have a premiership club in it. Half the locals "support" another club. Plymouth though is predominately a Liverpool supporting City. Goes back to the glory days of Liverpool before the OilyGarks took over. Half the people in the away end at Anfield will be Liverpool supporters who have taken the opportunity to go along when they can. But, you will hear them and they do go away in numbers in league 2. It isn't unusual for us to take around a quarter of a crowd regardless of where it is for a league 2 match.

I don't think anyone is expecting your first choice 11 to turn out. They know it will be a second string. But it gives them hope they will create an upset even though most don't really believe they will. All I want is for us to put up a half decent show and for none of our's to get injured. That and £500k will do nicely. If one of our's plays a blinder and somebody wants to buy them for a couple of Mil in the window then that would be a bonus.

What would a replay be worth to you guys? Always felt that the lower league club should be given the choice where they play the game first. In the event of two teams from same league then as per draw.
Just cause I want us to play the peripheral players is no guarantee we will think like most others you will get a good blend and could be Lucas' last game. Should be good.

We would choose the cash from an away trip here. Mainly because we can only get about 16000 in our ground due to some of it being not fit for purpose. A replay would be good if TV did the same and paid us another £164k to show it. We would not charge £15 a ticket though. Probably at least £20. With other sales merchandise wise we would get about another £300k. Would be nice but I still don't want the distraction. I can never ever predict my team to lose despite what my brain tells me so I'm hoping for an Argyle victory even if it means another round of another possible big club. If, and I'm not expecting it, all of that happened then we would still pick an away day. Cash is king in the lower reaches. It makes me laugh when I read about player X or Y being bought or sold in the Prem for more money than the entire league 2 has in a season. Hardly any league 2 team can afford a fee for anyone incoming. But, win lose or draw, the faithful will enjoy their day out and I hope the team give them something to shout about.

Think Coutinho should be back for the United game. And Sturridge should hopefully be fit for the Soton game

We only buy from Southampton - we've never got any dosh left after one visit to the south coast shops each year.
