UNITED REJECT £19m SCHNEIDERLIN BID

Manchester United have rejected a £19m bid from Everton for midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Everton boss Ronald Koeman is understood to be keen to reunite with the Frenchman, who excelled under his tutelage during their time at Southampton.

But United are unwilling to let the 27-year-old leave for less than the £24m they paid to bring him to Old Trafford 18 months ago, despite Schneiderlin featuring in just three Premier League games this season.

West Brom are understood to be readying an improved bid for the midfielder after seeing a £13m bid in December rejected.

But the Toffees, who would also like to bring Memphis Depay to Goodison Park, are leading the race for Schneiderlin having moved first. (SKY)

Schneiderlin really excelled under Pochettino. He was excelllent before and after Pochettino, but I think he was at his best under Poch.
