OK, yeah that's a fair point I'm certainly pessimistic while they're here...I'm just allowing myself a small bit of optimism that they are going to sell before the end of the season (it is though, as the say, the hope that kills you!)
Depends how they brokered the transfers. That £6m could have just about financed the initial installment of all the transfers if they were done over the length a period of something like 3 years. Mason is rising to £13m with add-ons, Marshall is rising to £5/6m with add-ons too. Add in the small fees for Weir, Keane and the loan fees for Henricksen and Mbokani. It's just about manageable.
As Hull City Tigers Limited is owned by Allamhouse the deposit would have been paid to them as the sellers, not Hull City Tigers Limited. If Hull City saw any of that money it would have been a further loan.

This doesn't feel like an Allams appointment at all. It's been done too quick, generally they've taken a while to appoint any gaffer. In the summer they wouldn't let Zola bring in his own backroom team, it took Phelan ages to get his together and now it's all going to be done pretty instantly. There was no money in Jan for Phelan but him and most of his backroom staff have gone instantly. That can't have been cheap! Now we have quite an exciting coach coming in, but he must have been guaranteed money to spend otherwise why would he bother coming? If the Allams wanted us to have a chance of staying up then why try pretty much everything in their power to take us down?
