I know Rafa isn't one for change but I'd love to see us have a go at this formation, its flexible, attacking and we have the players for it. Plus you can go two up top which a lot of people are pushing for. GK Darlow CB: Mbemba/Hanley CB: Lacselles CB: Clarke/Dummet RWB: Yedlin CM: Shelvey CM: Hayden/Anita LWB: Lazaar Up top you can go for a flat three of Ritchie - Gayle - Atsu for example or go with an AM off the front two: Diame Gayle Mitro The additional benefit of the formation is if you are hanging on in games you can fall back in to a 5-4-1/5-3-2 and just soak up pressure. Obviously not going to happen but I'm a little frustrated with our current formation, its flat, its boring, and lot's of sideways passing, if you can't get the ball in the box, go all they way home and start again... Just a little moan but Rafa's substitutions seem a little slow to me, in the majority of games I've seen this year he has waited until 70/80 mins to make a change which has been grinding my gears, Colback should have been hooked after 60 vs Blackburn, was offering nothing to the game and Rafa reacted to the situation after the issue, you can't do that, need to be preemptive and effect the situation not react to one.
Don't get me wrong wouldn't change Rafa for any manager bar bringing Sir Bobby back but just trying to think of way's to get Colback out of the team

....estic goods and services for below market value?" Sell has two l's. In all seriousness there's quite a few want to see 3 at the back; it's coming in more and more in the PL, would not be a bad time to start at least trying it out. Either way we have to move away from having 6 defensive players on the pitch.
