Kloppyflop stormed the pitch and gave the ref both barrels. Will the ref mention it in his match notes? Will the FA show some parity and take action? For the sake of human decency, one would think so.
Never really expected a draw for the gooners so very happy with that result. They have 3 easy games coming up now and then Chelsea.
Definitely. An Arsenal defeat would have done nicely. You just jinxed it: never glistening until last kick
We've been hauling Arsenal in since that @ArtisanWenger tool appeared on the board to tell us how crap United are.
I can't believe we are now two points behind the mighty Arsenal, three behind sweeper keeper City and 5 behind Pool. We need to keep the ball rolling and put more pressure on these flaky teams. Win the next 3 matches and we will most likely be in the Top 4.
Depends on tonight really, if Spurs don't win then maybe but Arsenal have some fairly straightforward games coming up. What's interesting is that we play Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea in the last few weeks of the season. Assume we reach the league cup final then the City game will be postponed, probably to the end of the season. Sounds like a tough run in but in the meantime we play all the middle to relegation teams so we really should accrue enough points to be right up there at the death. We got to beat Liverpool next week though, it's imperative.
We're playing Liverpool at a good time as they wont have Mane who is key to their one dimensional system.
I did say Bournemouth away in Jan had "Arsenal drop points" written all over it. More of a surprise that they managed to come back from 3-0 down than that they didn't win imo - a loss would probably have sealed the beginning of the end of yet another season of disappointment for them. Can't see them dropping more points in Jan, but certainly Chelsea, Southampton and Liverpool will take some off them whilst they are preoccupied getting caned by Bayern in the CL. Crazy to think that if we beat Liverpool (a big if imo, as without Mane they will probably just shut up shop) we will be within three points of second spot. And with a winnable run of games after that, we should be looking to break into the top four by the time we play City / the LC final.
That's true our one dimensional system of attacking football may be a problem. Do you remember when you lot used to play attacking football?
