Here's another Aaron Lennon takes it on his chest and brings it down, passes it to Bassong who runs with it before laying it off to Huddlestone, Defoe spots a window and makes a run, Huddlestone sees him and makes the pass and Defoe puts it away nicely."Right lads," says Palacios, "let's get one more Plasma before the ****ing pigs get here.".....
I have just been arrested for torching the DFS shop in Croydon. It's not so bad, I have five years to pay the fine and I don't have to go to prison until 2013.
In all seriousness though, things have now become ridiculous. People are living in fear and livelihoods have being ruined. There's been absolutely no need for the large scale violence that has occured and like another poster said the alarming thing to come from it all is the complete disregard for life, that of the public, police and those involved in the riots and looting themselves. You can only hope for the communities which have had to put up with all this that there is a swift end to it all and businesses are given the help they need to recover and suitable punishment given to those involved in the mayhem. They might be 13, 14 year old kids but they are knowingly destroying people's lives and should be made accountable for their actions. The met and other police forces need to larn some serious lessons from this and dig deep into these communities and root out the problems. I appreciate it's not that simple, but something needs to be done to not let something like this happen again. If there is any good to come from this mess, it's the community spirit and togetherness shown by people to attempt to clean up and rebuild their communities, and help those affected get back on their feet.
All the papers read like it's a whose who of ******s. I mean they've got sections of photos off internet sites like Twitter and Facebook of people posing for pictures with the stuff they've nicked, faces uncovered and easily recognisable. Are people that braindead really?
Check out this pair of thick tarts: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-14458424 And if you are going to go looting, it's probably best to write a shopping list first. http://twitpic.com/634iax
He must of got there late to be stuck with the Tesco ownbrand rice. The top brands must have gone quickly. Saw there was black kid on a bike, think it was Peckham, with basket full of sweets & chocolate. Made me laugh. Sure way to say **** the Police and all that.
Terrible scenes as rioting spread across the nation yesterday. London called it 'disgraceful'. Birmingham called it 'mindless destruction'. Liverpool called it 'a Monday'....
I'm not saying that Liverpool's a ****hole, but I went there the other day and there was a guy down the market selling fake Primark gear.
those 2 girls aren't even the thickest of the lot!!! I do not want to go back to London at all tomorrow and been told at least one of my companies offices was done in last night in Birmingham and at least one office in london was sent home early. But back to that bbc thing, do these idiots not realise that by destroying local businesses they're just destroying peoples lives, destroying jobs and meaning more people on the dole. Fact is some of these business destroyed will have been built up over years by people working hard and long hours to provide for themselves and the local community and within minutes mindless idiots have destroyed peoples lives
Just had a call from my daughter in Manchester, she says there's been some damage in the Arndale Centre and some of the posh shops next to Harvey Nic's have been trashed.
Some areas of the country they can only cause improvements!! On a serious note though draft the army in, plastic bullets, soon sort the feckers out. Looters were shot on sight in the second world war. It could be a useful exercise to remove some of the less desireables from our communities.
# Manchester #wolverhampton #west bromwich. Gonna be a long night. Copy-catting later as darkness falls?
I can hear a whole load of sirens outside, but I can't see anything from my window. It may or may not be kicking off in Leeds city centre. It definitely is in Chapeltown though, but apparently that's nothing new.
