    Title on clickbait article:

"The earth will be destroyed in 2017 and the rich are already building bunkers" accompanied by picture of glowing meteor.

I have no intent to follow clickbait but had to laugh... If the earth is destroyed, what good is a bunker?

The rich expecting to float through space in their bunker until they land on Mars?

Presumably it seperates and spreads out into space with no gravity to hold it and no magnetic shield to protect it from being stripped by the sun.

There have been so many "certain" end-of-the-world scenarios in my lifetime I've lost count. Wasn't 2012 the last big one?
At least the film was a disaster.

Never had them that I can remember.
However I think they're caused by exposure to cold temperatures as opposed to having a cold.

Yeah but I think it's where I had fever and was freezing and jumped in hot bath it totally messed up my body and from what I gather it's where blood vessels can't cope with increase flow and burst so would make sense.

On my fingers and toes/heel. Like an annoying stinging / pins n needles type pain than painful hurting. Fingers look gross at ends like loads of tiny little bruises but looks like discoloured lol. Painkillers have eased the pain so not too bad to walk and type, just gonna get some cream that's been recommended. Feels like blisters in between my toes where they rubbing but it's not, just these tiny bruises

Yep, this is due to the blood vessels shrinking so there is a lack of blood and oxygen to the skin. E45 cream or similar is the standard procedure.
Also, try increasing your calcium intake. Do this through diet rather than supplements.

No, I don't think so........I'm getting more interested in diet and nutrition and how important diet is to our health.
In the next week or two I'm taking gluten, caffeine and one or two other things out of my diet and replacing with healthier stuff.
I've always had an interest in this sort of thing, I stopped eating meat in the early eighties (largely for ethical reasons) and have
experimented with various diets over the years.

Coffee is one the healthiest things you can drink, if not in excess. I know in the 80's it was villified but since then it has been linked to many preventative health benefits. You can get decaf, but decaf isn't really decaf and doesn't share all the same benefits.

Yeah, I used to love pork, bacon, and sausages, but after learning what emotional, intelligent creatures pigs are I have reservations. I haven't cut it out completely but it's extremely rare I eat it, usually eat Turkey bacon or turkey sausage when I have bacon or sausage these days.

I don't eat more than one serving of meat a day for medical reasons, but I tend to stick with turkey or chicken when I do, I used to eat more fish before I was told to cut most seafood from my diet.

In clinical trials coffee has been linked to lower risk of heart disease, lower levels of cancer, lower risk of gout, lower risk of diabetes, etc..Etc..Etc..

What has coffee got to do with the US? It doesn't grow here... Maybe limited amounts in Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Italians make better coffee than the Americans. Most Americans use awful barely roasted beans that were ground months before. I like coffee, I drink a couple of cups most mornings. Not always. (I don't get side effects from stopping drinking coffee... Tbh I think that's all in the head).

I have a cup of nettle tea in the afternoon. And usually a couple of cups of other teas after that (black, green, white, sousong, rooibos, it varies, depends what I grab). Then I usually have a cup of coffee before going to bed.

I drink a lot of hot drinks.
