Think Neville is now trying hard to level things out in the moral tables. Yes, it was a worse tackle than the one for the sending offf, but that doesn't equal things out - booking at most.
But a club of our wealth just beat a cub with several times more wealth, spending the most on a squad gives you a good chance but doesnt guarantee anything I think Klopp dropped a bollock by not bringing in more fresh legs, but it is easy to say after Nevermind, we drew after conceding two pens, all in all everything is feeling really good so far this season. And I do think Klopp will be allowed to get 1 or 2 in this month
Understand what you are saying but if we are trying to win the title, the opposition as it stands , are winning every game so we have to match that. We are having a great season but it could be better. As for the being in the first season and we are working towards a result - we have been presented with a chance this season like we were two seasons ago where other teams had Under performed at start and allowed us to steal a March - next season will be different hence the frustration cause I can see there is an opportunity to take the title this season. Being honest I am certain Klopp can see this too. The Burnley game was the warning to get heads right before playing the so called lesser teams (which is also annoying cause there is really no such thing) and yet we have repeated the mistake. Not over reacting yet but as I keep saying this is a repeating pattern (the only one I have ever known) so I will keep being pessimistic till proved otherwise.
There will always be an oppourtunity providing we win our games and Klopp and his team are no fools. Doesnt matter what other teams do. I dont give a fudge about Man U, Man City Chelsea etc and all their millions. We all start on 0 and Klopp wouldve had a full season and more work done with our squad
That is sort of the point we aren't winning games that even in his first year we should be winning. Being honest what worries me is that it is a pressure thing ( Something Klopp has aluded to on a few occasions ) Suppose we will see in the fullness of time.
It's not a new thing though is it? We've lost to teams we should be beating for over a decade. It's going to take more than a year to change that mentality. It's where I agree with @Jimmy Squarefoot when he says Lucas needs to go. He is the last of the old regime dating back to Rafa, Woy and Kenny
For ****'s sake! And consider what Turddevil was on about before. This is is like watching a Stalinist show-trial - it's just a question of how many the officials have agreed before the game to let Uniturd win by.
That is what I have been saying for ages - when I get asked why I am so negative - right there that is why. I would love to be as confident about our results as some on here are but it is just not realistic. It is not a knee jerk it really is a question of when it will happen as opposed to will it happen with us. It makes me sad However I still live in the hope that I will be proved wrong . Next prem game at OT is massive. With our depleted squad I won't say I am expecting too much though.
They're not confident mate, they're Liverpool fans on a football forum. Aka; "we are going to win everything" until we aren't capable of winning something I'm never confident before games. I look forward to them and hope for a entertaining much but my expectations aren't very high tbh PS... and I claim that "we'll ****ing smash'em!" prior to every game too
Kloppyflop confronts ref on the pitch at the final whistle and shouts a tirade of abuse at him. Let's hope he gets the book thrown at him by the FA for his #meltdown
Pressure is people at food banks or fleeing a war torn country on a boat! Not this Enjoy it, try your best and lets see what happens We're in good hands
You've got me all wrong Frank, it's a genuine statement. Maybe we should start a thread of Kloppy meltdowns as I suspect there'll be more over the next 4 games
We defended well against Everton and Manchester city we are unable to do the same with Sunderland???.
