I'm saving it...will read it tonight as part of my unwinding. Sometimes I read them during breakfast. We will see.
That gift from Dean will help. Even Gary Neville is saying that was never a red card, shocker of a decision!
He knew Jones was getting the ball, he was late and dived in straight across the player. Not really shocking
I haven't seen it, missed the first few minutes. I bet West Ham will raise their game against us and throw everything at us, attack and defensively. Guaranteed.
No yellow, the fans are going on like he dived and made the most of it, you know like the West ham player done with the Lingard challenge
Both players dived in. It was a fair enough challenge from both imo but if your going to send one off than they both have to go. Neither should go imo, not even a booking.
But that's exactly what he did, a 50/50 challenge that could have gone either way. Jones was just as reckless. You can see why Jones has a horrendous injury record, he seems to have no football brain and just dives in.
Really don't agree with this. Jones did exactly what you expect any decent CB to do, he got there first and cleared the ball. Fengooly (sp) was always going to be second best. It was a yellow card but not a red. Don't understand why you're saying it was a dive either. That makes no sense.
Jones side footed the ball away and the West Ham player lunges into two footed and pulls his legs back as he hits Jones, don't let so motion replays fool you
Agreed. Mike Dean is a cock. He always has to be centre of attention which is the exact opposite of what a ref should be trying to achieve. He did it again in the Spurs v Southampton game, sent of a saints defender and gave a pen for a mere coming together.
Anyone find it ironic that almost everyone thinks it was a shocking decision to issue a red bar a Man Utd fan? Thought not
Don't worry we won't mention Kouyate's tackle on Mkhitaryan because Mkhitaryan is a Man United player
I never mentioned a dive Treble, as far I am concerned it was a 50/50, which could have gone either way in terms of a foul. As I said, IMO Jones was just as reckless. I guess as a united fan you don't see it, but as a neutral it has spoilt what should have been a good game.
