Match Day Thread West Ham v Manchester Utd

Darmian and Blind seem to be much of a muchness imo. Both reasonably good going forward but always caught out of position defensively as full backs.

 

Darmian is gash at left back though.

Decent at right back.

Neither Livpl or City going to drop points today which is disappointing, but we just have to keep winning our games.

Think I've seen it all now, fair play.

 

Said this for most of the season so far - we win the ball back so well.

 

We're been awful this game. Think the red card has helped West Ham, they just parked the bus now and counter.

 

We look tired tbh. 'Leggy' as they say.

 

We need to remember what we're playing for today. We can close the gap, that has to motivate our players.

Its funny, this season the only team who have not play park the bus tactics against us is Chelsea

 

Our game plan is clearly to tire out their 10 men by passing it around and eventually win the game. But tbf to West Ham they're playing with more aggression than we are atm.

 

Looked lacklustre in that 1st half.

Bring on Mata and Martial in the second half and get this game going.

 

Darmian really is a mess at LB. West Ham targeting him constantly now, especially after the booking.
