Jay's played well, but our midfield and build up play is boring and predictable. We must be the easiest team in the league to defend against. And at least some of the blame for that has to lie with Puel. We need a rethink in tactics, a bit more sharpness up front. While buying a striker might help get a few goals, its how we play generally and how we set up tactically that will get us results. I'm not saying Puel out, but he needs a rethink and fast.
Agreed. He's a decent squad option but no more. In the summer I wanted someone signed to replace/challenge Fonte and drop Yoshida to 4th in the pecking order.
I didn't see Redmond from the replays they showed. And since when have you thought Kevin Friend was any good?

I've kept off the last couple of days, and been watching the match. All most everyone today has said we have done well and missed lots of chances - that's not the manager's fault, but you see it how you want to mate. Pathetic. We are all unhappy, but some seem to be able to deal with it better than others. Totally pathetic comment and now I'll let you slate me for being a happy clappy and FLT's usual response.
I am not happy, but I think some of our fans are pathetic. This post being one example.

Erm obviously not. Extremely unhappy about our performances, I would like people to be able to express their views openly without being chastised.
Puel really needs to go back to basics. Barring injuries or suspensions, pick your best back 4 and stick with it for several games, stop all the constant changes. Also pick you best 2 CM and stick with them. Again very little fluidity today.
Shocking 2nd half performance....our tackling and marking of players nonexistent, against a poor Everton side.
They scored, and then we utterly capitulated. Again.
