One message of Goodwill to Dr Allam & Ehab for the upcoming Year... Please Sell The Club.... Happy 2017.
The one approaching 9 figures owed to Allamhouse Ltd for a start (the one that puts a base limit on how much the Allams are likely to accept for the club).
That's a directors loan and not a debt. Its up to them how much of the loan is repaid before they release the ownership shares. However you are correct in that they are looking at every possible way to reduce the loan.
Then theyl, continue making a loss They either invest and try and sell after promotion Or dont invest and lose more and never see a return
I like the idea of don't invest and lose loads just so i can have the thought that the guy who is a quarter of an inch off being a fanny can squirm like **** that it's all gone tits up for him.
And this is exactly the point people have been missing for two years. People said we needed to get promoted to be sold. That was never true since clubs in all divisions change hands. The only obstacle to us being sold is that the asking price is too high - and it's forever changing whenever anyone expresses an interest. They may want to sell it and get all their money back and more but that's very unlikely to happen. In Allamworld you just have to want something hard enough and then you get it. But Allamworld as we know is a land of fantasy. They're going to lose a lot because of their attitude.
The promotion thing was the most likely to give them a positive return on their investment. Relegation means a loss (unless they cut costs and make a profit for the next 20 years). If they don't sell this season then I see a long, slow decline in the club over the next few years.
Adam Pearson interview from 1:28 - he thinks the deal won't be done til end of season http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b086kf14#play
Well its nearing the point that theyve actually ****ed it, its proven that nobodys going to pay £130m for us, If we get relegated and its looking likely, investment will once again be needed to secure promotion to allow the allams to sell for a higher price, but the extra investment to get us there will possibly result in them asking for even more if we reach the premiership again which nobody is going to pay, something tells me ehabs sat there thinking what the **** do i do If thats the case im hoping they accept the next reasonable bid that comes in and possibly lose some cash, before the value decreases too much
