now as i said i too am frustrated with the apparent lack of funds available for grayson to spend however i still believe this is the best the club has been run for a long time. The grass looks greener on the other side and all that

With Grayson stating that Parker is likely to start, White, O'Dea, Snodgrass and Gradel on International duty I wonder if we shall see, O'Brien start as it could be he lacked any real pre-season under his belt or if we shall see someone else given a chance. I would prefer Lees to be tried alongside Kisnorbo but I have a feeling we shall see....

    ---------------- Lonergran ---------------------
    --- Conolly - Kisnorbo - O'Brien - Parker ---
    --- Howson - Clayton - Brown - Sam ---
    --------- Paynter - McCormack ---------------

Bench: Rachubka, Grella, Nunez, Lees, Bromby

Would also expect to see Kisnorbo rested after 70 minutes assuming we are 2 goals at least to the good although again could be the ideal chance to see how Lees and Kisnorbo bond as a pairing

Yes I think we shall see 4-4-2 and I believe Nunez will be on the bench. I would prefer to see Nunez start but I have a feeling we won't

This game won't be a walk in the park as some fans think. Over the years we've been humbled by so called smaller teams. Even if we win tonight, what will it prove. It's the League games that really count. The team he plays tonight won't be the same as the one against Boro anyway. If we win it's what was expected, lose and it'll be another nail in Graysons coffin. Personally I'd like Grayson to walk away now, because he doesn't deserve all the stick that he's getting.
But who the fook would take over when instant success is what is demanded. Doubt there would be many masochists out there.

I would him to for his own career, because if he aint carefull, he's gunna ruin is reputation and getting jobs is always about reputation.

Dont a great job for us and maybe its time for him to have another challenge

Grayson going won't fix the problem. The next manager would still inherit the same squad, the same financial restraints and Bates.

So, we will probably beat a very poor Bradford team and everything will be fine again! Pathetic.

I really could not give a flying **** about tonights game, far bigger fish to fry right now, starting with Boro on Sat.

Nunex needs to start as does Paynter, he desperately needs a game against a lesser defence to hopefully get his confidence up. I`d also want Parker and Lees in the team.

I think tonights game is important in so many ways... Firstly it needs to be won otherwise the pressure and team moral will sink through the floor but I take your point, I don't care about it as in would prefer a win in the league.

More important tonight to get a few of the players actually playing together, I would like to see Nunez and Lees getting a competitive 90 minutes against supposed lesser opposition, shame Snodgrass is away as he too needs another game quickly under his belt after last weekend.

Will be interesting to see what formation Grayson plays, if he switches to 4-4-2 or sticks to 4-5-1 with maybe McCormack wide? With the defence looking so terrible on Saturday and this being a local kick ten barrels out of you possibility I fear for Kisnorbo playing a full 90 minutes and getting a niggle but then a no win situation as we can't wrap him in cotton wool and he needs as much playing time as possible after his long break.

Not sure if he'll be available for tonight's game, but I hear we've just signed an Italian from Tottenham - Grabba Telli

Lees should be given a full 90 IMO and I'd like to see a youngster on the bench.

Toughie this one, Bradford will sense the frustration and problems at ER atm, will give them a lift along with the local derby tag. I reli reli reli hope we hit them for 7 tonight, im still down about saturdays result, anyways the team to tonk this lot 7-5 I think should be

    -------------------------Rachubka

    Connolly-----------Kisnorbo---------Lees---------White

    Sam------------------Howson-----------Clayton---------McCormack

    --------------------------------Nunez

    --------------------------------Paynter the prolific

    Subs:
Grella - 2nd half sub possibly, he's looked lively against lower opposition
    Bromby
    Lonergan
    Brown
    Parker?

Expecting another sluggish performance but I think we'll win this 2-1, Im more interested in a brilliant performance than a win, will be very tough without Snodgrass, Gradel, Somma, Becchio and ODea ;) Good chance for Nunez tonight, my tip for player of the match

AOB and Brown should be dropped IMO. Lloyd Sam and Nunez had good pre seasons and deserve starts.

    Lonergran
    Connolly, Tom Lees, Kisnorbo, Parker
    Sam, Howson, Clayton, Nunez
    McCormack Paynter

I want to see White on the wing with Parker at elft back & Lees in at centre half with Paddy to give him a chanceto impress. Nunez simply has to play & would like to see Grella get a chance of bench too never thought the lad got a fair shake of the stick tbh. Don'tcare how the rsult ends up just want to see new players given a chance to shine

It'll probably be the same side as Saturday with the exception of those on international duty. SG will want to give the players the chance to redeem themselves.

A confidence boost would help too, obviously that means we have to win!!

Surely SG walking away now wouldn't be good for his future prospects, I'd personally see him as a quitter if he left.

There are a few fans who want him out. Some may call it quitting, but I'd say he's being forced out. A few more bad defeats and the crowd will get on his back, especially in the home games.
He doesn't deserve that and for the sake of his sanity, family and integrity, he should let someone else take the hassle.

Squad rotation time. Standout performers should start against Boro.

    Paynter

    White - Nunez - Sam

    Clayton - Howson

    Parker - Bruce - Lees - Bromby
