No, there's a bloke at the back near the line of stewards that turned around and thumps out a beat on a KCOM advert.
MP has paid a lot of money for Marshall so he's gonna play him! But it could end up costing him his job if Marshall drops another anytime soon? He's acting the complete opposite to how he's treating mason who has cost nearly treble!
And while I'm at it... as Neville said, Robbo should have dealt with it, ball to the far post, but instead he was on his heels.
It sems most agree that too many crosses get made, but isn't that why we play 3xCBs? We know our Wing Backs are more Wing than Back )although it has taken a season and a half to convince some). But that's fine as we have riches in the CBs to compensate - and a club of our stature is fortunate to be so well endowed (ironic really). We knew this was not going to be easy and we are making a good fist of it; the woodwork and schoolboy errors are our undoing. There are lots of positives. Just imagine, if Mason is played correctly and he clicks, as he did at Spurs, if Jak comes back with his confidence and passion, just think of the games we will see. **** Ehab, enjoy the football.
I think it has been around for a couple of games at least. It sounds 'tuned down' ( is that correct musical terminology?), so as not to offend the traditionalists amongst us. It seems to get things going with certain repetitive chants for example "silverware we don't care"........ Rumour going round is it is Rehab sneaking in to bond with his people.
The more I watch that goal Stanley, the more I think Snodgrass was to blame. He made no attempt to track back and try to tackle or put a block in.
Watching that game we definatly need a striker who can hold the ball up as a priority, mbokani for me while always willing hasnt got much quality as a hold up player, his first touch was very clumsy resulting in the defenders constantly dispossesing him and seems he cant buy a goal Wouldnt mind a quick striker too, in place of diomande another whos very clumsy with the ball it just doesnt seem to stick in the final third with him and mbokani, two many times dispossessed or a poor pass to a team mate Obviously a rightbacks a must lots of names bandied about, hopefully something will materialise Whatever happens after this season would love to see maguire given that holding role in midfield, reads the game well and the way he strides forward when in possesion and produces a good final ball is quality something we need to see more from livermore/huddlestone Anybody watch robertson alot? What are your thoughts? Defensivley i think hes shocking with his positioning gets drawn to the ball like a moth to a flame saw him behind elmo at one point while an attacker was free at the back post, seems to defend very narrow too considerimg weve got three centre backs, definatly a winger not a fullback
I like Robertson as a character but as a Premier League left back he has I think been at fault for more goals at our end than he has created at the other.
Disagree, Mbokani is a decent hold up player; he gets lots of attention, which allows space others should capitalise on. Dio is better than you claim; he needs game time. Chazz's thought on thr Rezzies comes to mind. We don't need to waste money on a RB. Agree about Harry. Robbo's a winger, so is Elmo. Phelan is finding management more dificult than coaching, but he made some bold changes yesterday - good for him.
Who would you play rb? Mbokanis a striker who loses possesion alot and cant score better quality needed I thought our overall performance wasnt bad , showed alot more positivity especially in that first 10 minutes, just a few things we can improve on, if we keep playing like we did against man city and everton especially against the teams around us i see us picking up points Replacing elmo and mbokani is pivotal though
Disappointed we couldn't hold out for the 3 points but overall against a decent Premier League side it was again encouraging to see us more than hold our own. The effort is there but we still look a bit short when it comes to staying. However, it's a lot better to take when you can see the players trying their upmost to make an impact on matches.
Trying to compete in the Premier League without a single right back/right wing back in the squad would be a little daft.
Agree about Robbo and Elmo, critisicing their defensive abilities always seems a little odd, all things considered they do a pretty good job there most of the time, despite hugely being out of position. Both love surging down the wing and in Elmos case, dropping lovely balls into the box, and in Robbos case, surging runs into the box. Mbob I think has been hugely unlucky and doesn't complain enough. Not that I like to see players complaining but refs literally seem to give him nothing, when other similar players would be seeing defenders on yellows, and way more free kicks. He does need to work on his paying attention to the last line of defenders a bit but he's a more than capable player who puts a lot in. Dio does a lot of good too. Other than changing Jak in to goal, we have the bones of a really good team, more than capable of staying up and doing ok in this league. Well I say other than the goalie, I have seen nothing so far to convince me that Phelan is capable of managing a PL team, and I suspect he'd struggle in the Championship too. Harry looks fabulous for me, Id play him at the front of midfield, for a big lad he can't half shift, and the oppo players don't seem to want to get in his way. Would love to see him score a Hudd style screamer after a run.
