I see that Beckford did well for Preston today.

First match back after a three match suspension, comes on as sub and gets sent off again 5 minutes later!

 

Just watching Munster v Leinster .......good old fashioned derby, well as much as a derby can be between Dublin and Limerick!!!! Munster winning 21-10...

 

Sheffield Wednesday playing really well at Newcastle, 0-1

 

I don't know why but I would love it if Newcastle ****ed this season up.

 

A point for Burton tonight put us a step closer to the bottom three.

 

Villa v Leeds tonight. I'd be amazed if the pitch is big enough for two such massive clubs. Along with Newcastle they should be permanent members of the Premier League.

 

If you listen to the commentators that is certainly the case.

Rotherham, who seem nailed on for relegation, would have certainly done up a favour if they could taken all 3 pts off Burton, or at least shared the spoils with a point apiece. We have been very fortunate recently with other relegation contenders poor results, but at some point we have to start winning our own games - of course to achieve that feat, we have to first learn how to score goals again though.

 

Brighton v Cardiff off tonight, thick fog...

 

Pity it wasn't like that last Tuesday!!!!!

 

On the contrary, there was both thickness and fog in abundance on Tuesday night.

 

More thickness and fog at the Madejski abandoned at half time 0-0. Newcastle 3-1 up against Forest will go top again but Ipswich 2-1 up will pull further ahead of us...

 

Forest and Bristol City both lose to remain in striking distance of us, if we could make the extra game count..
