It's not permanent, they're testing the projectors which are now in place for next week's Made In Hull event.
30 pages n so can i ask a quick question . . . Whats happenng to the area at Beverley gate ?? I was in town on Saturday for some beers and it looks like its getting filled in , but the old Dock Lock thingys and the actual walls seem to be protected . . . are we getting a glass floor ? zappening ???
juust seen the pics on p29 , they have got a shift on coz when i was last in town . . maybe October , it was a right state , now many parts are pretty close to ready-ish , the lights around Victoria square , are they floodlights for the workmen or are they for Art purposes ?
They're not just lights, they project images onto the Maritime Museum, City Hall and Ferens. Just been given tickets to Made In Hull, bit of a result.
ahh got ya, those images on the other pics , nice ... hopefully all coming together to slay the naysayers
There are floodlights dotted around Vicky square, in addition to the projections. The projections look good but the lighting pole thingys are a bit of an eyesore imo. Not sure I'd want them to be a permanent fixture.
