She had to be in it but i would suspect it is largely filmed by now. I would expect they will just have yer man in the flower pot helmet kill her off. I bet they regret topping han solo even if he was ridiculously decrepit in the last one
Got £14 gift voucher from Sky as an "xmas gift" from them. Got Suicide squad with it, not seen it yet but looking forward to it.
So... @Treble ..having been maudlin and watched 4 though 7 again. 7 is a reboot...I said before but now I'm sure. Problem for us when they say it's sequential...that's Disney for you...trying to get a new era of fans while keeping the old... But ..imagine you are not our offspting; forced to watch beautiful classics ..they don't...so...reboot...and that what it is. On that basis (ignoring the episode numbers) 7 is a great reboot of 4. And staying with Disney cowardice....rogue one is empire to test the water with the new viewer...do they like it dark? If so that's how the next one will go.... On that basis (answering Mito) she's either lukes kid or ...my shout....yet another twin...her memory of power either came from training that was wiped by luke or my guess, she got her knowledge of how to use her powers from her brother in the mind meld because that's twins for you ..lazy bitch lol
Mate that's not my point at all. I'm tired of this constant "7 is a reboot" defence of a very average film. There are plenty of reboots which are poorly made e.g. Amazing Spiderman or Star Trek which are two examples. Abrams is just a poor film-maker. There are massive plot holes with TFA. The motivation for the film, the characters, is weak. In fact I'd love someone who supports TFA to actually explain the plot and then listen to themselves at how stupid and weak it sounds. Then there's the execution of it. No suspense, adrenalin or drama. No sense of character building. The climax of the film - when compared to the climax of New Hope lacks any rush of blood or hairs standing up on the back of your neck. By comparison, Rogue One had it all. Character building, scene setting, a coherent plot, tension, drama, a real empathy for the characters AND the climax when you watch it, actually has more affinity with New Hope AND Return of the Jedi than TFA ever did. It was exceptional. But most of all what ****s me off (and this isn't aimed at you at all) is the ppl that slated the prequels for the very same reasons are now defending TFA If ppl are being honest, the only difference between both is the overuse of CGI in the prequels. Otherwise they're all much of a muchness and have the same flaws. It's embarrassing to normal intelligence to slate one and defend the other. Especially when we can clearly see the bar that is being set by Rogue One. Anyway rant over... but you asked!
Rogue One: 6.5/10 Not bad at all. If the other Star wars movies had never been made would have been about 8, ranking about with the best of them, but the whole Star wars universe is rather overdone and I'm jaded now. It takes a little bit more to get me interested in a galaxy far far away I've visited so many times now. It was good but hoped for more based on reviews. Saw trailer for new Spider-Man movie... That looks bad. Even by marvel standards it looked utter garbage. High School Spidey? You got to be kidding me.
Oh and going way back to Frank's earlier question about hot actresses from previous decades. The hottest of all (imo) Catherine Zeta Jones. Just oozes class and sexyness. Don't care for the acting but few if any hotter.
