As the singing echoed around the stadium yesterday, I must admit squirming in embarrassment. In the second half the singing started in the East Stand and there was some applauds and small pockets joined in from the other stands. I didn't join in the singing because I felt it wasn't doing the team any good, but I'm not criticising those who did sing. I also felt on a personal level for Bradley, perhaps I'm going soft in my old age. Nearing the 90th minute all of the stands joined in. The sad thing is I cannot remember the last time the whole ground sang together, we have plenty of conservative fans. It took the fear of relegation to bring the whole Liberty crowd together. The whole scenario was disappointing, but understandable. I can't remember the last time our fans sang for a manager to be sacked (possibly Kenny Jackett?) but as for surving yesterdays scenario, I cannot see how Bradley and the Board cannot see that his position Is untenable. To prolong the situation any further would be gross mismanagement, although our Board have become very good at that.
I didn't join in with that little ditty but sang with full gusto "get out of our Club" and the ode to Jenkins , but Bradley must know now his time is up and the longer he stays the less chance we have of playing PL football next season. He can't turn this around with starting formations and players who don't give a **** for his baffling line ups and lack of inspiration .We've a lot more to lose than Bob but I suppose he's thinking if he resigns then there goes his chance of a big payoff but that attitude is costing us right now .
We knew when he was appointed that a massive mistake had been made. We,the fans, knew, the players knew. There was never going to be respect from the players for this man. We,the fans, also knew a massive mistake had been made when we let the two faceless yanks into our club. I know,I know, its all been said before but without saying it it just festers inside. In all the doom and gloom lets just hope we sack the yank, employ wisely and you never know. STID
I came away yesterday, vowing never to send another penny at the ground or in the club until those greedy bastards have gone. I loved the fact West ham Fans applauded the singing of we want our club back, I understand the fans frustration and we are an embarrassment. I watched fans argue with fans over what is happening and watched frustration grow as the game went on. The club needs to be swept clean from top to bottom, as much as I hate to say it I will take L1 football to get back the club in ownersip of someone who cares rather than money grabbing bastards who are there now. I will be there on Saturday and will be singing my heart out for the team, but will most certainly join in if the fans decide to have a go at that ****er Jenkins or the Yanks. Taff please tell me this is true it just gives me a bit of hope. I have a feeling the Pardew may be our next manager. Not one who I would pick but anyone with experience now. He does tend to do well early at his clubs.
Heard today!! Real Madrid are hoping to get bob the plonker the as there new manager next season!!Lmao. Well done huw for finding this mug.
TLF - I try to only post what I know is "fact". My source at around 13.15 was impeccable - I can't divulge identity but I trust you will accept the integrity of what I posted.
My son reckons that it would be a no lose/no regret job for Ryan Giggs. In fact, it is a "better" bet for him now than when Guidolin was sacked. Personally, I think we will go for an experienced PL Manager - Pardew would not surprise me.
We need someone who can resurrect our 'Swansalona' game, though defence surely has to be priority now...........
