Sorry, buddy, I should of bitten my tongue. I'm just really jarred off with results - as one would be, seeing one's club lost eight (8) of the last 10. But if you have any beef left over... please log in to view this image
Wacko More of the same **** next week, it seems http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/..._latest_reading_championship_defeat_1_4829611
Well, I'll be down the pub for 5.30 on NYE, but will be watching Liverpool V Citeh, as I couldn't care less ('dilligaf') what the NCFC score is!!!!!
To be fair though, I think it was KIO who said a few days back "I almost hope we get stuffed on Boxing day, to force the board's hand into taking action". (I agreed, but didn't go public with it) Well, AN ensured his team kept their part of that bargain, over to you Jezzy Baby & co
We did it in style dominating the first half then the standard set piece keeper flap sucker punch. Equaliser red card penalty miss rebound kick in the balls with our best performing player getting tugged off prematurely.
I wonder how far down the table do we have to go before something is done to halt the decline. Not sure what the answer is but I for one have lost interest in my team. Perhaps some sort of protest needs be organised. Usual post match squit from AN after the game in which Howson, of all players, was sent off.
Biggest problem is the size and loyalty of the fan base. Even under Lambert in league 1, entertaining Yeovil, Tranmere, Walsall, etc there were still 25,000 at every game, plus the usual large away support. The board can afford to be complacent and out of touch knowing that revenue stream is guaranteed every week. Until the fans start voting with their feet / wallets, nothing will change
I think AN's comments after yet another humiliating defeat tells us that the board is purely looking after themselves and just ignoring the clamour of the fans for some decisive action, which in all honesty should have been taken exactly a month ago after our defeat by Derby (if not sooner!!). Yes, AN comes out width the same excuses all the time and if he wasn't so arrogant, he would just walk away and let the board appoint someone who can once again unite the fans and the team, something that has been missing since Lambert was here. NO, I don't want him back!!!! Spot on Cromer and I'm just hoping that under 10,000 fans turn up for the Saints game, as most who I've spoken to are saying £25 is too much. If AN is still in charge, I won't be going to many more games and may even miss the 1p5wich game.
Im pissed on fine scotch whisky but even I don't think our board have what it takes. I have to ask, and please don't take offence, but are you smoking crack?
I'm not going to the cup tie. Decided it would be another depressing day so I am saving the £50 odd (ticket, travel, food, programme) and I think many will do the same. Enuff z'nuff
