Cant see how you can add the Spuds, they have never progressed, ever Chavski have been most impressive, this season, Leicester have gone well and truly down the pan. Sunderland have also gone backwards so have Western Hammers
Leicester are undoubtedly the team of 2016. As for the big guns: Chelsea have improved massively City look better under Guardiola Arsenal have improved and have better squad depth Liverpool look great going forward, but defensively fragile Man Utd are slowly improving under Mourinho. As for the rest: Spurs, have stayed about the same Everton, have bombed recently but look to have steadied the ship West Ham, sinking like stone Watford, about the same, need to push on Southampton, about the same, unpredictable. Shout to Bournemouth for their steady improvement too.
Bournemouth are my shout too, best on going progress along with Chelsea purely due to where they were this time last year. Leicester are team of the year due to the achievement but the above two if you're talking numbers over the year compared to achievements. We know some on here prefer stats over achievements anyway. Worst has to be West Ham or Palace
