All the media are praising Lovern this morning. I cannot see Klopp leaving Lovern out.

 

See no reason to drop Lovren. He's played well this year and been solid. I think Klavan ahead of Lucas when is a spare space is a certainty now though.

Tbh, I'd be surprised if Lovren was dropped for Klavan unless there was a fitness issue. Klopp seems to want Lovren and Matip as his main pairing, for now at least.
Raggy is 31 and was bought as back-up, and I'd expect him to be just that under normal circumstances.

 

Klopp so much rates Lovern (he will not consider selling him) in the near future. Centre back future is Matip and Lovern except one of them
is injured or Matip goes to African cup of Nations in January

 

Aye! If Matip is fit (and doesn't get shafted by the Cameron FA), then next time he'll (Ragnar) will get a game will be the FA Cup.
Given the side we're likely to get, think out team will be full of reserve and youth players.

I don't think matip is fit to play 2 in 48 hours. I think if matip plays v stoke he won't play v city... for example. He could be held for the city game i think.

 

Fair point, Stoke are pretty decent but I'd rather have Matip for the Citeh game!

whats the betting on Charlie Adam taking out one of the liverpool midfielders. I don't think Stoke will be easy as Hughes has gone back to the players that make Stoke solid.

 

Bit worried about this game. A lot of focus is on the big city game and 2 games in 2 days with is.

Then again, they struggled to hold onto a 2 goal lead playing against 10 men and couldn't take advantage of playing against 10 men in their game before that..
