There you go This is exactly what pisses me off I'm sure that does actually bother someone and society says it's ok to say what you like to someone that has it , however unless you can find evidence of society hanging young men with alopcia it's apparently not going to upset you as much as a foreigner still suffering the pain of being called a smelly Arab. Shelvey has been foolish because he's white and English and if you are you can't say anything I mean anything without being racist these days I'd be surprised if you can say I like pizza in some places Uh oh I've said it Here come the investigators with their trilbys on
it's all speculation, unless the FA are more open then we'll never know but here lies the problem with the FA and their disciplinary panel, just who are the no face people who decide these issues what qualifications do they possess to be Judge and Jury
The thing is everyone is afraid of not taking action even if it's not even mildly racist through fear of backlash. They would rather just punish the suspect and protect their own arse because it's just easier it's politics basically I'm one of few people in this earth that really doesn't care one iota what people think and if I live or die
Tend to diagram. Call someone a **** and it's just an insult. Call them a black **** and it's a racist insult - - not because 'black ' is insulting but because you've made their race part of the insult. Same with smelly arab
Ok you're entitled to your opinion but another point I'm making is If I call you a fat **** and you're fat ? This would hurt yet it's a none event complaint wise The police would laugh at you To me this is no different It's pathetic Racism is old news this guys hardly a slave he's got a kushy life and he's acting as if he's been emotionally effected I live in north east England and how many times people say to me Do you work in the mines and you love your bridges up there don't you I've lost count of The people of the north east are discriminated against and always have been and guess what it's got nothing to do with their race or colour and what do we do ? We bloody get on with it ! It's the same **** Goodnight
Stitched up... Whole thing utter bollocks...publish what he said or **** off... As for the team mate who reported it...snap the **** in half when we play them again.

Tuesday night sees an exclusive from The Mail, revealing what was alleged to have been said. The newspaper reporting that Jonjo Shelvey is alleged to have called Wolves player Romain Saiss a ‘smelly Arab’. FFS the next time an Australian calls us poms or an American calls us limey's I'll be straight onto the police
"Smelly" and "Arab" neither word is abusive, you use **** which is, these words are purely descriptive, our society goes too far finding abuse in more mild circumstances, 5 matches and £100,000 fine plus education is just way beyond the bounds of a proportionate response by the FA, I do hope as well that the FA now record all league matches and get an analysis of all foreign players comments as I am sure there is far worse being said in French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Russian, Serbian, Latvian, Polish and so on.
Our immigration rules must be racist for thinking people must speak our language as a prerequisite too...
I refuse to believe that Shelvey said "smelly Arab", I could believe an aggressive angry footballer saying "black ****" in the heat of the moment, but "smelly Arab" sounds like something Julian Clary would say. It really is the gayest insult ever, kinda like "silly black boy" or "naughty little Indian".
Calling someone a smelly arab is undoubtedly racist. To suggest otherwise is ridiculous. If that's not racist, then what is? Or are people just saying racism is okay? Or it was said in the heat of the moment so therefore it doesn't count? If so, at what point or situation does it start to count? And, yes, lots of other offensive remarks are just washed over. Bald people, old people, young people, rich people, poor people, women, men, whatever. Ugly people are probably the most discriminated against group of people in the world and they get zero acknowledgement of their disadvantage in life. It doesn't make any particular racist remark acceptable though does it?
It's certainly designed to be offensive. Where do you want to draw the line though? Supporting Sunderland is not a race or an ethnicity. Maybe everyone should just try being nice to each other?
What about "black ****"? Anyone want to argue that isn't racist? I mean if the bloke is a **** and he's black, where's the problem?
