I have no problems with Zlatan fella. Love watching the bloke play. He's a tank like you say and I didn't think his challenge against west brom was anything more than a foul. Jumped at the man. No elbows or punches. Just a "you'll look next time" good thing is that Kone can take it too. But I reckon o'shea will play in a similar formation to what we played against Chelsea. Oshea is fantastic with that type of battle. . Ask Costa
He jumped into the man with no intent to play the ball. His shoulder made contact with the defenders face. See it happen numerous times every week. Zlatan did what you'd expect a big centre forward to do personally. Just an opinion though
Claiming he was off balance and shoved by the Stoke player... can't see it getting overturned myself.
They overturned Shelvey's kick out which even most mags thought was a red card! Maybe they're feeling generous because it's Christmas!
There was nowt in that, the lad on the other team was behaving like a slut in that game, if I was Shelvey I'd have stood up and booted him clean in the mouth.
Was worse than vardys. He intended to kick him. Missed.. But intent is everything. Like swinging a punch and missing. Still a red card
Opinions fella. You on a proper wind up atm aren't you!! I think shelvey is very lucky to have that overturned. If he'd connected with Lansbury, whilst it wouldn't be bad for football, he'd have done some damage.
Rapidly overturned at that - I think they've got a mole in the FA - the influence of the Fat Controller.
On a wind up just because I don't agree with your opinion? It's not my opinion, it was overturned, so unless this is part of your Lee Cattermole conspiracy, it's not a red.
Not at all that's not what I meant - who's eaten your jam doughnut? It's my opinion and all the Newcastle fans that I work with's opinion that he was very lucky to have his red card overturned. They expected him to be banned after what he did. So yes, it is an opinion
Ok Marcus it's your opinion that it was a red card. It's not my opinion though, I don't have an opinion.
