IMO people are focusing a bit too much on the tackle, Barkley was a **** for 90 minutes and it's a disgrace he didn't get 5 yellows

He's saying it was a dangerous, uncontrolled tackle that Henderson couldn't have got out of the way of. You're like someone defending a driver who zooms through a pedestrian crossing at 60 miles per hour whilst on his mobile. "But he didn't MEAN to mow down the child, M'lud'.

 

Terrible tackle from Ross TBF was a red I agree with Koeman though in the aftermath Louvren should have had his 2nd yellow if what Coleman did deserved a yellow?

the reality is this IMO.

1. Forget the fouls. it was a typcial derby

2. Everton played for 25mins. They blew themselves out and had to roll subs early.

3. LFC have a serious amount of pussies who were not really up for the physicality. Wijnaludm and origi especially.

4. Lucky was in lovren's pocket and time he went near him and klavan competed well enough too.

5. coleman is head and shoulders thier best player. was everywhere. Gueye is pretty good too. Valencia was disasterous.

All in all 1-0 scrappy is as good as a easy 3-0 in this one. everton tried their absolute best, then got sirty and still lost to a real scrappy shot.
