Relax, stop taking everything so seriously, I was just doing a @Tobes impression.

The wider picture emanates from what my original point was, that we are importing people from countries where these horrid beliefs are the norm. Granted, the more secularised an Islamic country becomes the less these sort of things are enforced, but there will always be an inevitable push back, see Turkey.

Are the others aware? Do they know that you can observe things? Well done!

Well I guess it just comes down to how we both define what is inhuman. I think it's inhuman to treat another human as inferior for biological differences.

Why don't you think they can be outlawed?

Appeasement through regulations that will undoubtedly be disregarded certainly isn't the answer and will only amplify the problems whilst giving credence to such practices.

I suppose it's only voluntary if a husband would allow it. It just seems a bit ironic.

I don't really have any. He did a terrible thing and will rightly face the consequences.

Because it's civil arbitration. You can ask anyone to perform that, theoretically.
They've also got centuries of precedents, as the Beth Din have operated here for that long.
Can't see them being outlawed either, so you'd have religious discrimination accusations to deal with.

HOMES across Britain have added around £57 to their value on average each day during this year, according to a property website.

Zoopla said the average home has piled £19,348 onto its value from January to early December - equating to an increase of £56.57 per day typically.

    Brexit fails again

Kustard, it has very little to do with Brexit. More to do with successive Gvts not building enough houses.

    It's called supply and demand..

You really are as dumb as ****.

House prices start falling when the economy starts going backwards and we slide into recession, as demand drops due to lack of upward mobility.

We've not left the EU yet, and the economic impact of Brexit has yet to be fully determined, as we have no idea what the unelected PM is intending doing in Brussels. If she announces we're going to leave the single market, sell your caravan quick <ok>

I'm hoping they do. Some quite naff one bed flats in Watford town centre are still £300k+.

Whether positive or negative, it's far too early to say what the medium or long term effects will be. Supply is **** which will help prop up prices but demand is likely to decline if there's panic. There's likely to be panic the way May is going about things.

You said you wanted house prices to crash.

Nice addition to the tags by the way. You bigoted coward. White supremacists like you also commit atrocities.

Not so sure on panic, but as you said shortage will keep prices high.

House prices in London have fallen considerably already. As the full economic effects of Brexit start to bite, then the rest of the country will see stagnation of prices, at best.

There is always the supply and demand factor that keeps prices from dropping too far, of course.

This helps explain why Tiddler is in such a bad mental state

This is what will happen to house prices in 2017

How will the UK's favourite asset fare in 2017?

It's safe to say that the Brexit vote has not caused the immediate and catastrophic housing crash that former chancellor George Osborne was predicting before the referendum. But the outlook for property next year is not particularly rosy.
